Illegal Paradise (jh05013) [6.5/10]
> Permission check good.
> Sync is off by approximately -0.009 (Music Offset should be -0.059, is currently -0.050). No changes necessary due to how framers are made, but still heavily suggested.

-[00:49.344 -> 00:50.059] This was fine at 00:46.487, but this particular section has dominant instruments following 16ths immediately coming out of the 24ths at 00:49.344, and would likely be MUCH more accurate stepping something like this image, because the 16ths are emphasized, as well as the 32nd roll into the next section.

-[00:52.201] Same thing happens here with 16th emphasis, but the 24ths starting at the [12] 4th work as reduction to 32nds.
-[00:58.392] Don’t be afraid to capture the 24ths here into the hand.
-[01:43.898] Missing 16th.
-[02:10.773] Repeat note from timestamp 00:49.344 -> 00:50.059.
-[02:13.630] Same as 00:52.201.
-CQ for general fixes. Mostly timestamps 00:49.344, 00:52.201 and its associated other timestamps. Also, sync fix.

Thanks for the notes. Not sure if I understood the 49.344 and 52.201 notes since the 24ths sounded major to me, but I agree that I can't ignore the 16ths and 32nds either and I put less 16ths/32nds than necessary. Planning to fix them by next week.
+ 02:05.773 shouldn't be a jump, I'll fix that too.
Also, I'm thinking of changing the song name to "Daraku no Sono" because "Illegal" really doesn't feel right to me. Although I'm no expert in Japanese, I think the author wanted to say degradation rather than illegality, because of the author's comment in the BOFU2015 submission:
「何をそんなに頑張るの? 人生"堕ちる"ことも必要だよ?」
But denying the official Arcaea name and using some other translation doesn't feel right either, so I'm going with transliteration: it's accurate, and it's exactly what it's called.

AVG NPS changed: 14.52279 => 14.51199
Hand Bias changed: -19 => -23

- Sync fixed.
- Song name changed for the aforementioned reason, but for some reason I can't change the submission title...
- Fixed the parts mentioned in the comments. I didn't put a note at 49.612 because I couldn't hear it until I played it on 30% speed.
- 55.059-55.773 and 2:16.487-2:17.201 are not trills anymore, because they sound different from the other trills and I prefer the current one.
- A few note replacements (PR, jump/hand for similar-sounding notes, etc.)
If possible, I would like to have the following notes frame-fixed:
- Note 1694 (yellow) should move 1 frame later and have the same frame as 1695 (purple) instead of 1693 (pink).
- Note 1962 (pink) and 1963 (cyan) should move 1 frame earlier so that there isn't an unintended colored hand and a minijack.

And folder name is now broken again (because of fixes submitted on April 19th).
Good to go, please put in-game as "Daraku no Sono".

I just realized there was a Save button above the Upload button. Submission title is now fixed.
