OBLIVION (Rapta) [7.0/10]
> Permission check good.
> Sync looks good (No changes necessary).
> No issues found within simfile properties.
> No issues found within submission folder contents.

-Sync is not the best for colorized notes at the beginning, but is passable.

-[00:12.221] Purpose of having a trill here vs the other iterations of 16ths used in this section? Change them so they play the same.

-[00:24.980 - 00:27.394] Repeating roll left to right here that’s super noticeable. Consider varying it up.

(**)-[00:29.463 & 00:32.221] There isn’t much difference here PR-wise between the single up & the [23], suggest dialing the jump back to single up arrows.

-[01:10.497] Suggest making right arrow 16ths here into [34] jumps, to capture the bass.

(**)-[01:13.601, 01:16.359, 01:19.118, 01:21.877, etc.] singles, instead of [23] jumps.

-[01:29.463] Jump instead of single.

(**)-[01:36.015] Feel like colorization could’ve been handled a lot better for this section rather than making it all white. For example, 01:37.049, 01:37.739 - 01:38.084 and 01:38.773 - 01:39.118 all contain distinctive sounds good for color theory. Consider dialing back this section to those, or just don’t colorize at all. This amount of colorization for an entire section is pretty excessive.

(**)-[02:04.290] Cut the extra note here at the ending, or step it.

-File needs a little more cut at the end, a fix to colorization section, and an extra look at jumps/pattern variation before going in. Shouldn’t be too much.

After conversing with the stepartist, found that the note at [00:29.463 & 00:32.221] is associated with two syncopated drumstick hits compared to one drumstick hit. So, I'm waiving the CQ requirement for this note & associated notes.

For the note at 01:36.015, there was a compromise reached on colorization for the section similar to that mentioned in original notes. It will still need to be changed, but an expectation has been set out for this.

Followed suggestions.
