Looked over the intro one more time and found a missing note pretty much the entire way through. Added that note with some pattern changes. Definitely an increase in note count, sorry. (Though this is not being judged yet so whew)

Super Scooter Mappy
-------------------
- Perms, sync, and metadata good.
- 1.561: nice
- 15.821-37.793: What you have here works, but I do find it odd how you ignore the chaotic percussion for so much of the section. You follow it occasionally at spots such as 22.159 and 24.061, but otherwise don't layer it in at all, instead giving precedence to the 16th triplets. I find this a bit strange because they are quite a bit more subdued and tend to get drowned out for most of the section.
- 24.061: Technically this starts a little slower and speeds up, but it's the same amount of notes and it's hardly noticeable at full speed, so I leave that up to you.
- 44.026: Misrhythm; the melody is 1/16th earlier, i.e. on the 8th at 43.920
- 55.681: Missing note, followed at 55.258. (Also double check PR from 55.258-55.751.)
- 76.314: Anchor on column 4 is kinda weird and tricky here. Personally think this would be best on column 3 to alleviate column 4 anchor & make it more reminiscent of the prior staircase patterns.
- 95.681: Move off column 4; continues the chiptune melody's anchor, but goes to a different instrument.
- 96.948-108.990: Your attitude towards the new melody here is rather strange. 98.568, 100.258, etc. are some of the loudest and most discordant sounds in the whole section, so with the focus on the new melody being what it is it feels strange for these to get so little recognition. On the other hand, starting at 107.089 you start layering the melody very heavily to the point of omitting jumps to the percussion which you've been following as jumps this whole chart, 107.512, 108.357.
- 98.004: Two consecutive [24] jumps to different sounds & instruments. This is a pretty common occurrence in this section (e.g. 98.850), watch out for it.
- 110.786: Missing note
- 130.399, 137.159: Honestly, these are so quiet I'd recommend just removing them.
- 137.511: Legit brought a smile to my face. I'd recommend changing it up to a different but similar pattern (for example, the one you have starting 144.272) after each fourth beat (i.e. 139.202, 140.892) because the sound does "renew" then and what you have currently is a touch repetitive. I do really like your approach to this section though.
- 157.511: Should just be a single.
- 161.173: Cymbal here, should be a jump.
- 160.680: Same gallop as previous, but distinctly higher pitched.
- 165.399, 168.779: These are practically begging for flams
- 170.680: Piano is actually 1/48 earlier, at 170.645.
- 174.272: This one's tricky... technically the piano is a 48th earlier at 174.237, but there's also the percussion which you've been following as a jump on the beat. Personally I think that it would be more effective to have a jump on the 48th for the piano, but this is a very subjective thing so it's up to you.
- 174.342: Ghost note
- 178.075: Missing jump
- 189.483: Missing jump
- 201.737: Higher than 201.526, recommend column 2.
- Watch out for instances where you have the same jump twice in a row going to two different sounds / instruments. This happens a decent bit throughout the file (e.g. 78.357) and often times there are ways around it that still respect the lead PR.
- There are some really nice ideas in this file (the 24th staircase section stands out), and the relatively light layering scheme works well with the song. However, there are times at which PR conflicts (typically those involving jumps) and funky layering choices make the chart feel a little sloppy. Ultimately it just needs a bit of general polishing up and you'll be good to go. [6.5/10]

Looked over and made changes based on Pizza's notes. Nothing too drastic, I hope!
