Collab with VisD

Super cool breakcore file with alot of color theory utilized to distinguish the different bursts and dynamics in the song. There are also alot of sections with 64th swing in it.

We both think that if this gets accepted it would make for a great tournament file.

- The sim folder name isn't as expected: "icing sugar (M0nkeyz & VisD)" vs "icing sugar (M0nkeyz)"

- This file is a collaboration between multiple authors / stepauthors.

-----------
- Folder contains .sm.old file, please remove.
- Sync, metadata, permissions good.

- 5.326: Slightly offsync, should be moved with a subbeat like it is at 10.731
- 7.096: This is on the 24th, not the 16th
- 22.012: Seems like a lot for this sound, honestly. It makes total sense and is interesting at 24.711 though.
- 27.067: No jumps in this 64th swing section?
- 34.143: Maybe a 221 pattern to match 34.823?
- 41.815: Not really a fan of this minijack
- 52.278: It wouldn't be out of place to have another 32nd here. (This colour theory is really cool btw)
- 55.719: This is a pattern from The Book. Here through 57.067 is amazing.
- 60.817: Missing note (this section is also really cool though, god damn)
- 64.483: You've got 16ths to the piano right after this, feels like they should be followed here too
- 79.315: This part feels odd to me; the 4th is a lot louder than the previous 16th but is stepped as only a single compared to the jump just beforehand, there's no note to the (very loud & clear) piano at 79.399, and the two 32nd rolls flow exactly the same way
- 97.855: 3 note jack, maybe?
- 103.923: no jumps to kicks here?
- 127.098: On the next 24th again
- 130.047: yo m0nkeyz, was this burst you? lol
- 134.345: Missing note
- 141.676: Missing jump
- 144.460: Missing note
- 149.429: Are these 24ths for the piano? If so, you're missing some at 148.923, and if not I can't see why this shouldn't just be more 16ths.

- Very nice file, my notes above are all either suggestions or very minor technical errors. The chart makes heavy use of colour, and for the most part does it very well with only a couple strange instances. It plays smoothly throughout, which actually brings me to my main concern about this file, and that's that some of the bursts feel like they've been streamlined a little too much. For example, as mentioned above 52.278, 60.817, 79.315, and 103.923 make too much room for the jumps & hands around them, omitting notes in favour of smoothness, when it would be perfectly acceptable in the scope of the file not to water them down, making them more impactful. 55.719 does this right in the best way, taking an unusual approach to an unusual sound and giving it a difficult pattern that stands out, but doesn't sacrifice smoothness. (115.805 is fun too.) [8.5/10]

Changed stuff as per Pizza's notes.
