Poor Kakarookee
---------------
- Perms, sync, metadata good.

- 5.480: The unbroken 16th percussion starts here.
- 9.351: Why no jump here, but one at 9.492?
- 9.889: Would personally include this note, it's pretty loud and audible even on full speed.
- 11.609: Not the same sound as the minijack just before, suggest column 3.
- 12.577: The 3-note jack should start on the next 16th (12.658), not here.
- 13.142: This sound gets much stronger on the 24th at 13.168, suggest moving it there.
- 13.948: Warning: potential 1-framer. Suggest moving this to the 96th at 14.015 to ensure this whole jack converts as 2-framers at worst. (Similarly 20.500 to the 96th before.)
- 14.190-14.835: There are still repeating sounds here, and they're not much less prominent than the one at 12.658. Would like to see this followed still, possibly with one-handed minitrills instead of jacks to accent that they're not the primary focus of the chart. (Similar note at 19.996-20.319.)
- 18.545, 18.867: Consider moving these to column 3 for PR.
- 35.964: This & the next two notes should all be on the same column. (There are other sounds than just the percussion here but imo they are not significant enough to dominate the PR.)
- 38.686: This same sound & rhythm occurs many times before (e.g. 15.803, 19.029) but is only followed with 64th swing here. Please make this consistent (preferably by adding the swing elsewhere).
- 49.674: Missing jump, see 24.513.
- 56.287: 321 pattern occurs twice in a row here to very different percussion, suggest rearranging.
- 61.609: Why not [13] again?
- 74.190: rude
- 93.867: 32nds go until the 8th, why stop here? If it's for the background vocal-sounding sample, that actually starts the 16th before this, at 93.787.

- The rhythms in this song are extremely weird. There's a lot of minor (mostly 96th) swing throughout that is not mandatory to follow, but is audible nonetheless and would make for nice details, e.g. 24.351, 24.996. See also the 38.686 note.
- The jacks in this chart are kinda funny, but they do make sense. The chart is a little messy around the start (probably because the song is messy there too) but other than that is well constructed. [7.5/10]
