orangentle blanket perms.
Resub with Visd's notes. Good chart for OT14.

Frames fixes needed:
#181, 213, and 798 moved up a frame to remove the nasty 2 framers at this difficulty.
#423 and 424 should not be on the same frame.

14.452: Hearing the 2-note minijack starting here rather than at 14.544, though it's muddied with the other sounds happening here so hard to tell

14.915 - 24.544: Following PR is good to do, but if it leads to things like this section only having the minijacks on the one side (lot of stress on the right hand here), I don't believe it's something that's 100% necessary to follow. Even something like 12341(13) gives the same sort of ascending pitch idea though maybe not as perfect as it could be while mixing the minijacks to the left side as well to even it out. This isn't something I'd stress needs a change, just something to keep in mind.

25.258: I like the sets of 3 in the descending here, nice

28.248: Minitrill to this little whistle sound is cute haha, the alternating between 3434 and 4343 is good. Though while 34.174 doesn't warp quite as much as the rest of the whistles in this section, it sounds close enough to me that it feels odd to not do it here as well.

36.489: Missing jump for kick

38.619: Same note here as I said about 14.915 in regards to mirroring a pattern vs 100% following PR

**54.637: Either this 16th is a ghost note if following synth, or you're following percussion and there's missing 16ths between 54.174 and 54.544.

57.044: Missing synth 16th

81.489: Probably okay, but right here would be a spot where it might be better to drop the jump for a single to not have that forced minijack into the hand. There's quite a bit of a difficulty difference between this point at your other minijacks

92.600 - 92.785: missing snare jumps like you've got at 89.822

99.267: Same idea as 81.489

105.193: To reinforce that note from 81.489 or 99.267, you even did that suggestion here with the single note instead of jump into the hand lol

**110.470: 24ths should be starting here rather than at 110.841. If that first part was dropped to make this ending less heavy, using less jumps here would be better than dropping the first set as these sounds are quite noticeable.

Overall pretty great, nice song and the layering was solid. The CQ status is mainly for the ghost/missing notes at 54.637 and the missing 24th burst at 110.470

Amended chart with most of Gradiant's notes, notably the conditional fixes.

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 1123 => 1124
AVG NPS changed: 9.90591 => 9.91473
Hand Bias changed: -15 => -16

Both marked points for CQ have been taken care of, looks good to me!
