- offset is fine
- very minimal changes compared to the tournament submission comparing the charts side by side; a few tiny misrhythms were fixed but in general, the charts are near identical side by side when there could have definitely been better tuning up in rhythm and structure
- given that I feel not enough has been done to this, I’m simply going to reject it again - I honestly should have done this earlier, but I’m officially penalizing and rejecting this from a musical standpoint; I’m not passing it to another judge, nor am I placing it within appeal rating either; you’ll have to try your luck and request another judge in hopes that it will get in
