*The difference in usage between jumps/hands for majority of the song I think is going to appear muddied to most players given that while playing I don't think they'll notice single/jump/hand usage going to vocal/guitar/percussion (any combination of those respectively), but that since the majority of hands happen for the snare hit, the snares missing hands seem to stand out even with the missing one of vocal/guitar.
10.591: These cyan notes to the classic Disturbed vocal sounds (lmao) are not synced properly to the song, they drift noticeably off. Easy to notice when you have assist tick on for notes. Easy fix though considering you're using subbeats to do your coloring.
67.176: These grey notes to the muted guitar plucks are also slightly offsync, suggest going through file where you use subbeats to color notes and fix up the timing of these sections
121.347 - 129.628: Why though? Only reason I can see for everything here being red is the 'blood-stained hurricane' lyric but that line is a repeat from the first half where you didn't color it red so this is some unnecessary coloring
*Overall it's fine, though my asterisk'd point above makes the file kinda play like a [heavy] difficulty where majority of the notes were just made a jump or hand, though this opinion doesn't have a strong basis when I haven't seen your [light]. While it might be easier to see that it's technically accurate when slowed down and looking at sections repeatedly in an editor, this layering scheme might not come across clearly to players going through the whole song. There's also issues with your coloring usage, not really how it's used minus your red section at 121.347, but rather that they drift slightly off. Would just need some shifting around of your subbeats to fix.

my bad on the colors being off sync. I used 192nds to mark what i want to color before going to the colorizor and forgot to sync them back.
The light version of this song is MUCH easier and simpler. think 8th/16th streams following the guitar and thats basically the chart. most of the color theory originates from that chart.
121.347 is red for the same reason 118.759 is red+blue, 115.998 is red+blue+yellow, and 110.823 is grey. Its all focused on the tone of the guitar. 110.823 starts with heavy muted distortion, 115.998 adds in the bass, 118.759 loses the mute and the coloring mimics the similar section at 30.428. 121.347 is loud distorted in your face guitar. its very different from similar sections earlier like 22.147 where its much quieter and palm muted. instead of a step down from the blue/red section this feels like a solid step up which is why doubling the bpm and making all the notes red feels like the right thing to do. I think the coloring here works much better in the [light] with its bigger focus on the guitar, but it would feel wrong to take something out of the [heavy] thats in the [light]
I'm not entirely sure what to do (if anything) about the layering. i think for most of the chart it works pretty well. the section that probably suffers the most from this would be the chorus, and that would be the only section i could see myself majorly changing. I could change up the layering to add in the vocals. currently the only vocals layered in the chart are the classic Disturbed vocal sounds™ and this would match up better to the layering schemes in many of my other disturbed charts (the ones not yet sent to batch) but im not sure if thats better or just different. for now i haven't changes to the layering.

Don't really agree with the red color section still, not a substantial enough change imo to warrant changing to the one color, but it's more an appearance issue rather than playability so not really an 'error' then.
You wouldn't really need to change anything with the layering tbh, was just something I wanted to point out. I think changing it at this point would require a lot of restructuring to the point where you'd have to redo it, which is unnecessary, as when looking through with an editor none of it was actually wrong.
As long as those colored note timings are adjusted its be good.
