*Bit of a sync issue here: Current beat layout matches song exactly in small spots like places where you use subbeats for note colorization and the first two notes of the file, but then the majority of the rest drags behind. Going to meat of the file (say, like the 12th jumpgluts at 36.478) and if using ddream studio drag the beats up so the 'SM Offset' in 'Autofill Beats' shows -0.479. You'd have to fix by physically dragging though, as correcting with the SM Offset through that menu averages out the bpm changes you have with the subbeats. You'll also have to adjust your first couple notes and few colorized instances I mentioned earlier after as well. Rest of notes will be according to this change so I'm not listening to the rest of the song with the file dragging.

-Set of purples around 1.444, the sounds here are super faint and muddled together compared to what you've got as red/blue/pink/yellow at normal speed that I'm can maybe only really hear 4 more-distinct sounds here rather than the 5. Sounds here should be more distinct if you're putting something like a fast one-hand trill like there is now. Either just one purple here at the start of the sound like the rest of the intro sample, cleaning trill up into 4 notes to better match this tiny part of the sample here, or simply starting actual note placements at 3.375 (this solution wouldn't even need a song cut, just voice clip at beginning is tiny intro before file would start where your 12ths begin) would be solutions here.

36.478 - 39.789: Sounds here not really warranting a copy-paste of this repeating right to left jumpglut pattern, could use a bit of variation here instead

46.409: This is where a bigger problem starts, still involving sync though. First, not all of your initial notes to the start of the whoosh sounds are actually happening when they start, and this still be after my initial sync adjustment from the start of these file notes even: 46.720, 46.823, 47.685, or 47.823 for example. This would be the prime spot out of the whole file for subbeat usage if you want to keep certain colorings here. Then, your second notes to finish the whoosh are generally very loose and dragging behind from where they should be which wouldn't be as big of a problem if it happened like one or two times, but pretty much every single one of these patterns drag and there's quite a bit of them in the file. Looking at 47.815 for example, 47.815 is where this two-note set should actually start, and then the finishing note should be at 47.840. It looks like you're just putting notes to the start and end of a swell in the waveform rather than the two distinct parts of each swell where a sound is starting rather than decaying. How it currently is, it's way too loose-feeling. Every single two-note set like this needs to be looked at again for this problem.

*That's pretty much it for the file tbh. I think the 24th streams were done pretty well, and the jump usage made sense. Overall the file is good but the sync issues absolutely need to be addressed. If both the patterning and the sync were a problem it'd be a reject but with there just needing to be the initial sync adjustment and then further looking at those two-note sets, CQ range is better here.

Addressed all notes listed

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 1165 => 1166
AVG NPS changed: 12.18619 => 12.19665
Hand Bias changed: 5 => 14

Oof, the conversion was not very nice with those new on sync gallop-flam thingies

Response for CQ:

Main overall sync is fixed. Looking at the sync at 46.409, while I hate that the fix in this area messed up your coloring making it majority white instead, the notes certainly match right up with the sounds here with those flams being a bit tighter with the spacing. Looks good to me!
