Entrance (XelNya) [9.0*/10]
>Permission check is weird. See bottom note.
>Sync is a slightly bit off, syncing at -1.464 music offset (+0.005 off, currently -1.464). Suggest changing. Notes for this file will be based off of this sync.
>Song name is ‘Entrance (Deemo Cut)’, and should go into FFR spelt like that. Nothing wrong with the simfile properties here, just noting that the ‘(Deemo Cut)’ part is under Subtitle, rather than being one whole name under the ‘Title’ property.
>No issues found within submission folder contents.
-[00:36.126] Personal preference, would have held back on the jump and kept it as a single on left since it’s essentially piano solo here. Otherwise, would have included the jump.
-[00:38.793] Damn, these jacks are heavy.
-[01:07.678] Another note that this 12th and the following 12th right before the hand are utilizing the same instrumental theory as the jacks. Probably would have done jumps, or jacks. Works as-is though. Chart so far feels a tad watered down from what it could be in terms of layering but there’s nothing wrong with simplicity.
-[01:18.677] Essentially what I was expecting via the previous note.
-This is where I have to be the shitty person that bears ‘bad news’ and be the bad guy (but don’t want to ;-;). During the OT, one of staff noticed that ‘ICE’ might not have been the CYTUS-related ‘ICE’ claimed in permissions, and dug up the original permissions post here: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/vbz/showpost.php?p=3611440&postcount=13
This began a cross-reference investigation to the FFR Wiki post here:
https://ffr.fandom.com/wiki/Ice
On whether or not SecondChance was in fact an alias of ICE. Turns out, it was not. Etude for the Sinners was originally put in-game as part of BMSofFighters permissions. FFR Staff have reached out to ICE to verify specifically for this reason, and got a reply denying that he ever gave permission, and are currently working on securing permission from ICE (haven’t gotten a reply back yet from what I’ve been briefed on). So essentially, this song is in Conditional Queue until the status of permission can be verified. VisD was last to communicate with ICE if you want to discuss it, or reach out to a Game Manager for more information on this rare situation, and apologize for the inconvenience and the frustration this might cause. I am frustrated myself that this issue in usernames wasn’t caught sooner in permissions.

Hello, if the permission is ever verified to be ok, please let me know somewhere please. (Anywhere you have access is fine.) Until then I will hold off doing fixes. - Thanks :D
