6.887, 8.887, etc. - these are really nice places to either continue the color (192nd) motif you had going on in the first 2 notes, and/or layer in jumps. Personally I'd do both
34.721 why is this randomly a jump and not the other places where this sound happens

42.721, 43.054 one of these needs to move as these melodic notes are not the same

Song was super awesome EXCEPT FOR COBRA COMMANDER ENDING and I really, really like the concept of this file - you consistently make quite unique charts easily distinguishable from modern "charting meta", but in a sensible way, and that's great. It was also quite fun on a playthrough and most of the minor pointers above dissolved in the moment
I can't even ask you in good faith to cut the nonsense part out because it's rude to the integrity of the song as that isn't the ending, and the ending actually has a point
** CQ only on clarifications or fixes to the 16ths in the ending because those seem completely ghosted as far as I can tell rn, but please take a look at the rest of the notes as well.

Made fixes, added colored jumps in the beginning to emphasize vocals (should've done this from the start since I use jumps to mark ending of phrases in next few sections anyways)
Moved some PR stuff around, changed patterning to flow near 44s mark & towards ending
Added some notes to cobra commander section & ending (empty ending didn't feel right upon more playthroughs)
1.17 16ths are there since by that point the player is conditioned to have the 16th melodies in their head even if it's not fully audible, when tapping along it just felt better to me (and song progression sorta I guess)
Let me know how the changes feel

CQ status remains according to goldstinger with the following comment:
arguments can be made for a lot of 16th locations, but 01:17.637 & 01:21.637 are definitely ghost notes. 01:25.637 can be argued that it’s for the 24th pitch there on 01:25.665, and the other sets of 16ths have distinct sounds on slower speeds. 01:17.637 & 01:21.637 do not, and need to be changed.
