Approved for the low-mid 100+ bounty. This was a resubmission from Autumn Seasonal Batch, so I'll approve this for judging, and reject the one on the Autumn batch.

Hope Is the Thing With Feathers

**- Offset's off by 29ms. Beat starts at 0.367, so adjust it after you fixed the notes below. Notes will use the old offset.
**- Metadata's not quite right. Artist should be "HOYO-MiX feat. Robin (VO: Chevy)". You used a dash and not a colon, and according to reliable metadata checker on osu! confirms that it should use a colon. Fix it accordingly.

14.517-14.752 - No notes here? Still find the synth audible.
41.588 - I'm a fan of this - you've leveraged the vibrato for this segment and make something that isn't particularly rolly but play around on the strength of the distinct vocal cords.
47.916 - I hear this 64th later - the piano is much later than it should be. (either that or just the offset is wrong from the start)
*58.463 - I'm less of a fan on this one than the 41.588 - this plays too much like a split jumptrill for a good second. Play around on the patterns a bit more since this is an interesting buildup to the chorus. (1:28.463 is of lesser issue but still plays like you can just split jumptrill it as well) Try to check if you can spot and vary the patterns a little bit more on that particular segment later.

The next minute is excellent.

2:28.560 - This is a better example than 58.463 and 1:28.463, so use this to your advantage.
2:47.213 - Should be a jump.
2:54.713 - ^

When I saw this song is eligible to be used for charting purposes, I'm pretty ecstatic to see how this can be charted, and boy I'm glad to see that this execution on point on what I would expect. I'm dubious on the *'d point because it quite detracts the experience on hitting the patterns legitimately since it can be played almost like a straight split jumptrill. It would be really nice if you can improve that point, but I will put an FR tag on the offset and metadata issue. [8*/10, Fixes Required]

Judge Score: 8.00 - Fixes Required

fixed the sync (actual value was in the middle of what we both had, prob got messed up since ive had to maintain several vers since i converted for osu. I changed the patterning on the run leading up to the chorus to make it more interesting, added jumps that were missing.

I triple checked the offset and it seems to have been corrected (forget the note that I mentioned about 0.367) - I think it's still a bit off by 2ms (0.352) but given that it's approximated to play around with the vocal dumps I think it should be fine. Metadata's also fixed too.

Setting this to Accepted.
