Colourfugged dump for low 100s bounty.

I Am Open To Re-colourizing.
(in-fact I already did a re-colourized version but the more I re-colourized the more the chart slowly drifted offsync, and it ended up about 30ms out- so not quite sure what to do about that)

File's got an okay layering, but I'll be honest - the colouring in this is not helping your cause as this is much more headache to read than not. The quantizations used here seems like a deliberate attempt to charting noise where they aren't that significant to dump them all in even if the sound is not that strongly accented. That 1:42 segment is just silly but with the colouring it's not very pretty at all.

I'll reject this on the basis of readability and not so much on the playability - I'm of the opinion that high difficulty charts needed to be dissected well enough that it doesn't get frustrating to play the whole thing.
