Approved for the high 100s bounty - bit on the fence since its length is very long and not ideal for an OT pick. But, given the scarcity of very high difficulty files we will allow it to be moved to the courtroom.

Kyuukou

- Full disclosure that this review was made 2 months ago, but I had to proofread a few times since judging longer songs are quite a headache to deal with.
- Offset's fine.

13.427 - Can't hear this 16th. I'm guessing this came off as a residual sound from the hand but it doesn't sound like it.
38.913 - You're going to have to compromise with this being a jump instead of a hand since it's the winding down period and hand feels overblown for that. (same as 2:57.432 and 3:32.987, though the latter is a hand instead of a quad)
1:18.358 - Pretty ugly minijack transition for something that is not that significant.

Honestly, the chart is quite a bit of a mixed bag with different things jumbled together - it's not that hard to dissect few notable segments of the song, but given this song was made specifically for a tiebreaker, there are some immediate difficulty cliffs and valleys as a result of trying too hard to make the dense sections memorable and the less denser ones to be sort of neglected. To my surprise, this chart doesn't feel like it's too hard or something like that, it's just very annoying to grind because of nasty pattern transitions that came along with it. I don't have a specific fix for this one way or another, but you might have to figure it out on filling the empty/less denser sections with more flourishes and maybe nerf the denser sections with harsh transitions so that it's less frustrating to grind.

**But I have to point out the glaring empty outro. After 5:20.765, you should fill the last 8 seconds or so with notes because in FFR, it doesn't really advance the game state as the notecount will remain "stationary and unfinished" until there are more notes to fill until it hits the total notecount. You should be able to fill them as there are still some melody synths being played.

Ambitious first chart and gotta say, quite a wild one to get into FFR with a tiebreaker-esque song with this kind of difficulty. The notes that I gave above may seem to be very abstract and little to point out, but this is just how I felt with longer songs in general. This is why a good majority of FFR players are not very keen on playing longer songs as it's a slog to go through to reach to the end, but I find it to be alright for this one. While this is not ideal for an OT pick (very low chance that it will be used, unless it's probably for squidward/tiebreaker purposes), I'm still giving it an FR for filling the outro. Filled outro.

13.427 - Removed 16th. I hear some synth here but I also didn't represent the same synth sound in its earlier repetitions so it makes sense to not do it here either.
38.913 - Sure I guess, fixed.
1:18.358 - Fixed.

Also changed the flams at 2:07.062 to be slightly less awkward and fixed a snare layering issue (2:07.802).

Will wait for further comment on 'filling the empty/less denser sections' before submitting more changes (DM'ed Mipha about it on discord).

The outro was acceptably filled in so I'll remove the FR tag (and setting this to Accepted).

Here's another feedback about filling the less dense sections that could be more interesting for your file to have some amount of justification with this long song length:

1:22.733 etc. - These specific 16th jumps - they are wub growls that plays somewhat continuous so you can extend by dumping the notes up until 1:23.040, for example. (attached the example screenshot through DMs)
1:51.737 - You can still add a note to the end of that noise.
2:11.506 - There are some continuous wub that you can take advantage of filling the notes here.
3:02.490 - The growl doesn't stop there, you can still add a few 20ths here.

These are few that I can find and might be of some use. It's optional (hence why I didn't give you an FR for that reason) as the file is acceptable as-is, but you may apply some of these as you see fit.

Thanks, I liked all of the suggestions (though I did the first one slightly differently to the example you sent) and also did a couple other small changes of similar style.
