Another Hopeful Tomorrow (Omega Link46) [7/10, CQ/FR*]
>Perms, metadata, sync good
0.140-12.553 - I don't think the jumps are the same pitch. It's more ABCB (high-med-low-med). Adjust the repeating 2-note piano alternations accordingly
16.691-29.105 - Same issue as 0.140-12.553. These jumps aren't the same pitch
*37.381-53.933 - This entire section is actually triplets. It goes to 4-notes AFTER 53.933
37.381-1:10.484 - Some jumps (like on 37.381/41.519/etc other loud piano spots) would spice up this section
*1:11.519-1:18.760 - It's not constant 16ths in this section (more like 4-4-2-2/4-4-2-2/4-4-2-2-2-2)
>>Kinda straightforward & consistent. See asterisks

I feel this chart has two main issues with it.
First There are a lot of missing/uncharted notes in this file. Understandably it can be hard to tell when a note is too soft/loud to chart, and songs with echo make that more tricky.
take a note like 00:02.984 its quite soft and there is definitely a note there, but at the same time, compared to all the notes around it is on the softer side. Sometimes its best in these situations to try and find a "main" melody and follow that. and would at least freshen up the very repetitive charting.
At places like 00:19.665 you ignore the echo 16th for some reason. You chart all the other echos, even ones much softer but this note always gets ignored for some reason.
At 00:32.726 i'm quite frankly not even sure a note is there. Sometimes you really just need to not chart the echo when it gets really soft.
Why is there a fourth note at 00:37.769? I literally dont hear anything here, but this section is a constant stream and a diff spike. This feels needlessly dumpy and disconnects the chart from the song.
00:53.933 would feel a lot more impactful if it was the start of the 16th streams, but its just more stream.
My Second main issue is the charting as a whole. This chart just feels like copy/paste garbage. I understand the song itself is a bit repetitive, but that doesn't mean the charting needs to be as well. Like starting at the very beginning of the chart, we get a repeated 3231 pattern over and over again. just copy/paste that, but then sometimes it starts with a jump, so take the whole section starting from the first just then copy/paste that. then after the break you copy/paste the whole section again but mirror it this time. the 16ths are even worse for this. the ENTIRE 16th section is literally 4 different 4 note patterns, copy/pasted then mirrored over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and you see my point? There are times to copy/paste and use repetition, but this is just too much. there is merit to switching it up for the sake of it sometimes.
