the absence of Sta in FFR is very upsetting to me so here's my attempt at fixing it

the synth at 110.935 was purposefully undercharted from 24ths to 16ths for difficulty balancing reasons

** Sync appears Slightly late. Proper sync should be around -0.107. You want to line up the notes with the start of the waveform, not just the peak. 00:30.554 Suddenly the sync is now late again. i'm guessing this is where you cut but regardless the sync seems to have moved to 00:30.544. Placing a 137bpm at 00:30.106 and 134bpm at 00:30.544 will fix this issue. 01:52.933 now the song is running late. 110bpm at 01:52.933 and 134bpm at 01:53.069 will fix this issue. Notes will be given using this new sync.

- 00:01.898 The notes you choose to chart matter just as much as the ones you dont. Here i feel you've made a fundamental error in your choice of notes. In general a good rule of thumb is that you want to chart the big obvious sounds, more than the softer harder to hear sounds. Here i feel you've done the opposite. We have a strong 8th rhythm. Its loud and in the front of the song, but instead you choose to ignore it and follow the softer background sounds (you forgot 00:03.353 btw) 00:14.435 in general just feels very out of place. These notes are very soft and the last section is dumped, which isn't really a style used in this chart so its a bit out of place. In general i feel the best idea is to just chart constant 8ths here.

- 00:16.226 Why are these jump chains here? Answer this honestly to yourself, and then look at 00:23.390. Why aren't these jump chains? In general when charting you want to match intensity with the song. Ideally as the song gets more intense, so does the difficulty of the chart. This pattern seems to do the opposite. The song gets more intense and from jump chains we go to jumpstream. This just completely abandons the motif entirely. You aren't even keeping the jumps the same and instead choose random patterning. So i ask again, why do the jump chains exist? If its a cool charting motif you want to run with then go for it, but you need to go all in on it, and not just randomly stop. If you dont want to commit to it, its better to not chart it at all.

- 00:30.992 missing jump

- 00:31.216 I'm not the biggest fan of these 16ths. The sounds are quite soft, but lead to a bit of a jump in difficulty. I'd be more behind it if it wasn't for how easy the intro was.

- 00:37.037 get rid of these minijacks. the sound is barely audible, even if you want to chart it, you just shouldn't give patterns this difficult to sounds you can barely hear.

- 00:40.171 whats with the random trill? none of the other 16ths patterns are like this, but now you're just trilling 23 randomly? it feels unfinished and out of place.

- 00:45.209 i can tell you're going for a more additive layering scheme here, but in my opinion i think it would be better if you just used jumps for these notes. They are the sound you want to highlight, so giving them all jumps works really well.

- 00:52.037 i'm sorry but this is too much. For a chart thats barely had 16ths up to this point, a whole 32nd roll wall is just to much. You mentioned not wanting to chart 24ths, but here you want a full roll wall? no, just no.

- 00:56.291 This is quite the step up in difficulty. I can understand why you're charting the song like this, but none of the earlier charting is like this. you barely jack 8th notes at all in the start, and the layering is very light, so a switch to full on CJ feels like we're suddenly in a different chart.

- 00:59.873 additionally, what is the layering in this section? It feels a bit arbitrary. We have the constant 8ths charted, with added notes for vocals, but everything else feels random. this note for example doesn't have any sounds that i can hear to warrant a jump, no vocals, no obvious guitar, and yet it also jacks with the next note implying a repeated sound here, but i hear nothing. 00:58.753 is an example of a note that i would expect to be a hand based on 00:56.962 but its left as a jump. 01:04.350 is now randomly a hand. All in all the layering in this section feels messy and not quite all together. Maybe you're trying to follow too many sounds, idk. its just very inconsistent.

- 01:21.030 this is the first vocal 16th that gets a full jump. None of the other vocal notes that land on 16ths do, and there aren't any other sounds here, but this one is a jump. I'm also really not a fan of the trill it creates. There is no sound this trill represents, but it exists. making it worse is the piano that comes in on 01:21.253

- 01:24.276 Once again, the layering in this section is VERY messy. I feel like you're making the mistake of trying to chart everything in the song. Its much better to pick the important instruments and just stick to it. This section as a whole feels overly dense, and if i had to pick a culprit, its because you're laying in the piano. just look at 01:29.985 compared to literally any other section in the chart. Its so dense its like its another chart entirely.

- 1:26.067 There is no synth note here, but for some reason there is a minijack. Looking at the pattern here, it implies there should be a synth note on the 4th, but it doesn't. Its not a good idea to randomly add minijacks like this for no reason. Patterns represent things, so having specific patterns randomly appear as if they represent things is just bad charting. Also two back to back minijacks like this is just cruel. based on everything the chart has had up until now this is just an unwarranted diff spike. The minijack theme again, feels like a completely different chart from the intro.

- 01:47.895 i mean my god. from a chart that had 8th jump stream in the intro, this difficulty jump is insane.

- 01:50.918 I know you mentioned you didn't want to chart 24ths here because it would a difficulty spike, but i disagree. Sure if you layered in the 24ths ontop of this mess it would be a massive difficulty spike, in a sectoin thats already a spike. But as i mentioned earlier, Its important what you choose to chart as much as it is what you choose not to. Here, the synth is soloing, and its the focal point of the song. Ideally that means you should be following it. You already charted 24ths in this song (even 32nds), so thats not the issue. The issue is that you are layering so much that you cant include the 24ths. so stick to whats important and drop the layering.

- 02:20.820 not a fan of the 16th ghost notes. They dont really go to anything and just make this denser, when its already pretty dense.

- 02:52.051 Its pretty obvious you copy/pasted this when we have that exact same jump chain issue from before, but this time we have extra notes.

All in all there are two main issues with this chart. The first is difficulty balance. In general the easy sections feel a bit too easy for what the chart is trying to do, and the hard sections too hard. The intro really feels like you were trying to make an easier chart, then the solo section just smacks you with a wall of difficulty in both density and speed. This is partially caused by the 2nd main issue, Layering. There are two parts to this. I feel your additive layering scheme is really holding the chart back. I often find a more sound based layering scheme (think snare = jump ect.) leads to more consistent difficulty curve and really shines with highlighting certain sounds. The other issue is just poor choice in what sounds you ARE following. It often times feels like you're trying to follow all the sounds in the song. As i've said time and time again, its as important what sounds you choose to follow as it is what sounds you dont. Sometimes you really just need to ignore some sounds to get a better layering scheme. Also you need to be more consistent. Part of the issue with picking softer sounds to follow is you cant hear the damn things. Consistency is key. There is a good chart in there somewhere, but these issues are seriously holding it back.

>Perms & metadata good
>Might want to fix the sync by shifting the offset up a bit

16.234-30.114 - Why do some of the 8ths anchor, and some don't?
30.562-43.995 - How are you layering in the Vocals? Sometimes they're singles, sometimes they're jumps
53.846-1:21.607 - In terms of Vocals and Melody, how are you layering these? Feels random on what gets a jump/hand
1:26.085 - Should not be part of the jack noise
1:26.420 - Should be single. Jack noise, but no Piano
1:29.107 - Should be single. No Piano
1:30.562 - Should be a diff jump pattern than [12]. Diff noise than 1:30.338
1:30.562-1:52.950 - Is this entire section using Additive Layering? If so, then it (along with jump PR) needs work
2:04.928/2:06.271 - Why minijack?
2:21.607-3:04.144 - Recheck your layering for Vocals and Melody
