- 30.754-31.107: this either
- 36.754-37.696: I guess that more discrete-sounding vocals get 16ths and continuous ones 24ths? But 37.107-.372 and 37.460-.696 doesn't sound very different to distinguish
- 38.975: why 96th?
- 40.990-41.519: this time it sounds more continuous, but it's 16ths... and with multi-colored 16th jumps?

After going a lot of back and forth through this chart, I'm still not sure if I got the distinction between 16th and 24th vocals. They are mostly monotonic and robotic but the quantization switches up more than what they sound like; for example, each beat of 1:24.754-1:27.578 doesn't sound very different, at least to me. It doesn't help that there sometimes are quiet 16th background sounds that are stepped along with 16th vocals. In contrast, the 24th uses were effective in some places like 56.519-1:18.578, where more distinctive vocals occur.
For this reason I'm giving a reject, but as you know this chart is very different from what I've seen in batches, so... feel free to appeal rating if it falls into the range.
