** First and foremost, when charting JS at this speed, one must be much more conscientious of one-hand trills. I recognize that this file is rather strongly built around them, and I also recognize that they are a very powerful and worthwhile accenting tool; however, they scale *fast*. The trill sequence from 58.871-60.183 is unironically one of the hardest patterns in the entire file, which I don’t think is warranted for a funny little guitar note, no matter how cute the pattern is in theory.

I’ll talk through my thoughts on some of the longer OHT/split jumptrill sequences in the file (assume that if a pattern repeats, my thoughts are the same):
→ 13.621: A 10-note OHT is playing with fire in itself at this speed, but as a split jumptrill (with a pretty rough and control-heavy transition out on the right hand) this is definitely too much.
→ 16.933: Right hand plays a 7-note OHT with a clean transition out. This is about the peak of what I’d consider acceptable in a chart like this. Personally, I would rearrange things so both hands are hitting a maximum 6-note OHT just to cut down on the tension a little bit more, but this is fine.
→ 31.496-33.621: owwwww that left hand. Extremely hard pattern after requiring this degree of control (anchor + small OHT) and tension (jumptrill) with no reprieve.
→ 44.621-45.621: Right hand plays an 8-note OHT with a tough transition in and a tough transition out. This is too hard; compare with the good example at 16.933.
→ 58.871-60.183: Discussed in initial note.
→ 75.371: Left hand is too much here. Right hand isn’t awful but is pretty awkward. You’ll want a less split-heavy transition into the split jumptrill to make this work.
→ 134.996-135.871: Oww, right hand. Watch out for hard patterns on the same hand running into each other without relieving tension.
→ 137.621-139.246: See above--completely unreasonable on right hand.

The back half has a lot of OHT bits that need to be nerfed. In short, my recommendations are to cap yourself at 7-note OHTs unless they are *very* isolated, and be very careful to relieve tension between hard patterns on the same hand.

* The jack sections have some periods of insane hand bias as well, particularly towards the very end, which I would like to see redistributed a little bit as well. Again, giving thoughts as they arise:
→ 115.371: Column 2 is a lot here, especially with the bits and bobs on column 1. Suggest easing left hand a little given how long this jack is versus the rest of the section.
→ 187.121: Break up column 3 jack.
→ 204.996: Switching columns with a 1-handed jump increases tension, it doesn’t relieve it at all--this is functionally a very control-heavy 15-note right hand jack that doesn’t give you much grace beforehand or afterward.
→ 210.371: Similar comment on left hand. Less control-heavy, but 20 notes. Similar note on right hand at 216.871. Clean ‘em up.

I won’t give technical notes in this review because technicalities are not the thing preventing this from getting in-game. Both for this and for future files, please keep in mind that OHTs and jack control both scale very, very quickly relative to basic jumpstream. The aggressive patterning and motifs that you use to great effect at 180 bpm become suffocating and spiky at 240. Particularly in the wake of other relatively recent OHT-spikey files in the low 100s (Monument, Mariochi, to a lesser extent Weeping Wastelands) that D8 players tend to find frustrating and hence ignore, I’m not particularly keen on admitting another one to the game at this moment. Initially I deferred this due to a potential bias, because it was heavily reminiscent of that 105-difficulty AnonStepper chart... I still refuse to name it to this day. Alas, I seem to be the active judge right now that is closest to this difficulty range.

My impression in the first half is an OHT hell disguised as a jumpstream chart, which rarely makes for a pleasant experience. Sometimes anchors make them extra spiky, like 32.058-33.621, which I can't hit even in 0.9x while I can handle the jumpstreams at 1.0x. Sometimes they are hidden in a jumpstream, like 2:17.620-2:19.245.

Similarly to what I said in The Bridge of Iron and Blood, the physical limit of human hands become more relevant as the difficulty reaches 3 digits. Long OHTs or split jumptrills at 240 BPM are just too much to ask for compared to simple jumpstreams, especially if they are not isolated. I think it can become a fun chart if most of those are nerfed to two-hand trills and simple jumptrills, but as it is it's a reject from me, unfortunately.
