>Permission good (Blanket / within limited)
>Folder contents, metadata good

**23.477 - 44.166 - This section seems to need some clean up for layering consistency unless I’m missing something more complex with the structure. Would like to know what your intent is here
-23.822 - why not hand?
-24.684 - why jump?
-25.029 - why not jump?
-30.460 - seems missing
-41.149 - seems missing
1:40.977, 1:41.235 - there are notes that can be added here
1:59.770 - seems missing
Overall pretty solid. Neat artist collab. Fix or argue about that 23.477 section and this is good to go.
Judge Score: 7.50 - Fixes Required

Crystal Tokyo (jh05013) [7.5/10]
- Perms, metadata, sync are good
17.270-17.960 - Slightly weird clash with the synth and the kicks afterwards. Not much you can do about it though.
* 29.856-30.201, 30.460 - Missing 16ths
^ Happens more throughout the file
1:00.029 - No jump?
* 1:10.029-1:10.201 - Why jumps?
1:43.994 - Thank you for not marking this as a jump
This ending segment in general is a bold move. It makes sense, but a slightly higher difficulty buff.
Pretty amazing file. My main qualm about this is that the intro PR is not super strict, but that should be fine if this isn't what you were going for. Review CR notes and it's good to go.
Judge Score: 7.50 - Change Recommended

Ah sorry, I'll update this in a week. Not very satisfied with 23.477-44.166 either, so it'll need some touch ups.

(WIP)
- 23.822 is jump for relative intensity with the nearby honking sound at 23.994.
- 24.166 added
- 24.684, 25.373, 25.632 were all supposed to be jumps, so I made them jumps
- I tried adding 29.684, 29.942, 30.115, 30.287, and 30.373, but it didn't feel natural. Maybe they're too weak compared to the other sounds stepped as singles.
- 30.460 and 41.149 don't sound very audible to me
- 32.615 jumped
- 41.235 jumped
- 51.408 jumped
- 1:00.029 is not a part of the main melody
- 1:06.322 added (melody)
- 1:10.029, 1:10.201 were for layering, but removed
- 1:40.977, 1:41.235 added
- 1:43.994, 1:44.425 removed for difficulty
- 1:53.132-1:55.891: slightly changed the pattern. Did it get easier? I'll find out tomorrow
- 1:59.770: same as 41.149
- 1:59.856 jumped
TODO:
- 37.270-39.166: this section has a very long wub sound and the chart is too sprase in comparison. I'm not sure what to do with this...
- 1:55.891-1:57.615: same as above

WIP
A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 1275 => 1278
AVG NPS changed: 10.32667 => 10.35097
Hand Bias changed: 19 => 16
Posted at 8:08am on February 19th, 2025
Decided not to add the wubs at the TODO timestamps since it's already hard enough. In fact, I also nerfed 39.339-40.029, 1:43.477-1:44.511, 1:51.580-.753, and removed a jumped at 1:53.908.
Thanks for the notes!

While I don't agree with the choice to not add the 16ths in Deam's 29.856 note, the section I held this in FR for is otherwise improved.
Good to go
