- 0:00.816, 0:02.228, 0:03.640 There is a second synth sound here that should probably be charted.

- 0:04.875 Bit of a nitpick but i really dislike the pattern here. 0:05.051 and 0:05.404 share the same jump despite being different sounds, and 0:05.581 has this weird [24] jack that feels out of place for the sounds the guitar is making.

- 0:06.287 Not a huge fan of the layering going on here. You seem to be trying to mix the drums and the synths into the song and i dont think thats working all that well. For one, the layering feels inconsistent with half the kicks not getting jumps. Two, the synth notes are missing sometimes like at 0:08.228. Three, there is this strange [12]1[12]1 pattern going on with the jumps, which would suggest some sort of 4th rhythm here that doesn't seem to exist. Four, the 12ths seem to be used inconsistently First they start on the 4th, then they're missing, then they start on the 8th. My suggestion is to ignore the percussion here and just go follow the synth (and do it more accurately) until 0:10.169.

- 0:12.640, 0:13.698, 0:15.463, ect. Why are you ignoring the snares on the 4ths? Its Feels so bad to have hands on all the 4ths, but suddenly no notes because the guitar isn't playing. You can easily fit in a jump in the empty space. One of my favorite tricks, which will fit perfectly in here, is to use opposing jumps such as [14][23][14] it indicate the different sounds. Its also easier to play since it has no jacks in it. HOWEVER:

** 0:11.934-0:20.404 The rhythm here is wrong and there are actually guitar notes on 0:12.640, 0:13.698, 0:15.463, ect. so there should be a hand in the 4th gaps for the guitar/snare. I'm slightly concerned this might be a bit too dense for this song and you may want to tone down to jumps to single note anchors, but its close enough i'll leave that decision to you.

- 0:14.581 This note should jack with the previous hand for guitar PR.

** 0:16.787 Yeah... i'm saying no to the 16th minijack into [12]2[12]2 pattern here. Maybe tone down the quads to hands, or at the MINIMUM move the jack and minijack to opposite hands. even going light on the layering here would make a nice contrast between the guitar sounds.

- 0:23.140 ghost 16th? i dont hear any notes to chart here and I dont hear the guitar changing pitch like at 0:22.434

- 0:23.581, 0:24.110, 24.992, ect. Why no jump for snares here? Its quite a prominent sound and you layer it in everywhere else so why not here? I also think it would make a nice contrast with the vocal only notes like at 0:26.051.

- 0:28.522, 0:34.169 this quad feels a bit out of place. I dont really hear any emphasis on this sound that would warrant the extra layering over other sounds here.

- 0:34.787 The 16ths in this section really feel like overkill. The cymbals are REALLY quiet. Its hard for me to hear them unless i'm actively listening to them and even then i'm pretty sure the rhythms here are just wrong. There are lots of notes which i just dont hear ANY sounds to they should be charted to, and at least one time where the cymbal exists but notes are missing. Combined with the added layering of the snares suddenly this section becomes by FAR the spike of the chart, and its just not warranted with the intensity of the section, and more importantly the lack of change in the song between this section and the last section. I'd really suggest just removing all the 16ths in the section.

- 0:55.698 missing hand for the kick? Also whats with the patterning, you seem to focus on [24] jumps for the repeated sound, but the snares dont have a note on 2?

- 0:56.757 Once again i dont feel this quad is justified in the music. the sound is just the same synth thats been repeating and isn't really accented at all.

- 1:00.287 This jump shouldn't completely jack with the hand since its a snare, and the hand is a kick. This patterning is inconsistent with the rest of the chart.

- 1:00.816 Missing jump for kick.

- 1:07.169 switching to a [14] jump feels a bit strange here when the sound is repeated. i would think another [34] jump would make more sense.

- 1:08.051 It might be a better idea to move this mini jack to 3. This is already at the end of quite a large anchor that i think it would be best to
move the minijack. If you're concerned about the 32nd, you can always change the roll pattern to start on a different key.

** 1:08.404 This section is the exact same as 0:11.934 but charted completely differently. Cymbals are now being charted, which weren't before. Given the quiet cymbals earlier are the only other cymbals like this being charted, I would suggest just removing the cymbal 16ths and using the same structure as you did at 0:11.934. This section also has PR issues likely caused by more friendly patterning for the 16ths.

- 1:16.875 The PR of these jumps is wrong and doesn't reflect the guitar pitch all that well. Also holy left hand bias.

- 1:20.228 I dont think these 24ths work all that well. 1:20.404 feels like a note that should be accented in the chart with a jump, but gets lost in the 12ths. I also feel like the missing note at 1:20.051 contributes to this. I dont know that the 24ths need to be removed, but more can be done to better represent the sounds going on in this section.

- 1:23.757, 1:25.169 given the main synth of the last few notes doesn't have a note here and the sound is quite quiet i would consider removing this note.

- 1:26.228 I feel this note stands out as a louder sound but is not charted, while 1:26.404 is barely audible and is charted.

- 1:27.375, 1:32.934 I dont think the guitar is making enough of a sound to warrant an extra note here. If anything, the pitch change starts at 1:27.110, so starting the stream halfway through the sound just feels bad. Either make sure its a more constant stream, or just remove it entirely. This is halfway in between and doesn't really work.

- 1:34.522 This jump is a snare and not a kick, so it should be on a different jump from the kicks at 1:33.816

- 1:46.522, 1:52.169 I dont think having jumps for the vocals here really works. This is ALREADY quite a difficult section with long trills, and the added layering feels like it pushes the section over the top. Not to mention in the previous section the vocals also exist but are not charted. I think it would be best to do the same thing in both sections and not layering the relatively soft vocals in an already difficult section would be the best move.

- 2:13.345 given how soft the guitars are here, i think it would be better to not layer them in this stream.

- 2:18.992 something about the patterning and layering here just isn't working for me. I think maybe less layering and keeping the 4th anchor would work. Also 2:20.140 is a snare and should probably be a jump.

- 2:20.404, 2:21.816, 2:23.228, ect. Not a huge fan of the [13] jack here. Given the "jumptrill" motif of the kick/snare, it would make more sense to have the jump at 2:20.581 to be on 2 in some way. a [12][14] trill could work or you could move the jack anchor to 2, either works.

- 2:24.992 this drum hit is quite softer, so i feel it would make more sense to make this note a jump.

- 2:25.610 If you removed the minijack at 0:16.787 i'd remove this one as well for consistency.

- 2:26.228 no, we are not having the fist kick be a [12]. It really should be the same jump as the rest of the kicks. I dont think having a [12][14] trill would be horrible, but this jump REALLY stands out when it shouldn't.

** 2:31.698 Repeat section Repeat issues. At least the PR is better here. You even charted the guitar note at 2:35.338

- 2:36.463 again not a huge fan of this patterning. Works better than 2:18.992 but could still be improved. Something like this feels like it would work well here: https://i.imgur.com/tA096vJ.png

- 2:39.728 this note isn't a snare and really should not be a part of the trill.

A lot of good ideas in this chart and should be really fun once in game, but its needs a bit of adjustments and polish. That missing guitar note especially needs to be fixed and those sections should be consistent with each other. Otherwise it really does feel like a chart I would make. FR notes marked with **

Judge Score: 7.50 - Fixes Required

* 4.875: I really don't know if this is personal bias or not, but the chart from this point on just has a very dumpy feeling to me. A simple kick and snare pattern being layered so densely, it really sets you up for a very overlayered file.
- 6.816: Not sure what this jump represents.
- 7.169: This being a single makes sense, you don't want to create a spike by putting a jump immediately after the 24ths, the 24ths make sense to me as well, but maybe you could make the jump at 6.993 a single so you have more room for a jump here.
- 9.993: Jump?
- 10.522: The pitch on these notes changes, I don't think this should be an anchor.
- 12.287 etc.: If these 4ths are hands because of the snare, it doesn't make sense to leave spots like 12.640 empty.
- 16.787: This feels really weird, this is actually quite a hard pattern that doesn't make a lot of sense with the music to me, you're kinda forced into this pattern due to the way you decided to layer the song, but I almost feel like you could make the hand after a 3-note hand instead. You could make the 2 notes before the hand a jack if you like that sort of pattern here.
- 21.640: This should not be part of the anchor, it's lower in pitch and there's no snare here.
* 23.581: I feel like the snares in this section should be denoted as jumps so you can make a distinction between the vocals and the snare, right now spots like 26.228 feel a bit odd because vocals + snare gets the same treatment as just the vocals.
** 27.464 etc.: These patterns are a bit too anchor-y for the pitch. You could make the pitch stand out more by turning 27.640 into a [14] jump for example, 27.993 into a [123] hand and 28.346 into a [134] hand.
- 34.787: It's kinda hard to hear what these 16th notes are going to, I'm pretty sure you're stepping the open hi-hats here, but in that case there are a couple of missing notes in spots like 35.316 etc. I personally think all of the 16th notes are too faint and hard to hear, but that's more subjective.
- 45.993: I think these anchors here are stepped to the bass, but while I was playing I thought they were stepped to the vocals, I think the vocals are more prominent here and they start earlier. I would personally put a note on [1] at 45.993.
- 60.816: Jump?
- 66.640: This anchor feels really strange, I feel like it should be separated at 67.346.
- 68.405: The dense layering creates alot of anchors that do not align well with the pitch, this entire section feels really off to me due to the layering choices.
- 92.758: Missing note?
- 92.934: I have a hard time hearing what these notes are going to.
- 106.522 - 107.581: Not sure what some of the jumps are going to here.
- 112.169: Same here.

I feel like you had a vision of a chordjack file for this song before you started to step it and I think the layering doesn't work that well, there are too many long anchors that don't correspond well to the pitch. Besides the layering decisions I think the file has alot of unnecessary anchors that make certain sections feel dumpy and weird, 66.640 is a good example.

Judge Score: 5.50 - Rejected

Not entirely sure what to think with this one. The judgements kind of contradict each other a little bit, one saying it would be fun with some polish and the other feeling it just doesn't work due to some fundamental choices.

I think you'd both agree that this one needs a fair bit of work. And I'm rather reluctant to give this one the work it would need at this time. We'll skip the third judge, and I'll just reject this one.

Thanks for notes. Will maybe resub this at some point
