Pogo blanket perms.

It's another Grind file, except it's not. But it's just as stupid as the proper grind files.
Contains a couple of swear words so maybe NSFW warning on this?
Possible token unlock req: Pass 3 unique Pogo files. But i'm fine with this being released anywhere.
- This file is likely to be explicit.

- 20.209: missing
- 30.784-31.684: not actually spiky, but suggest balancing out the hands
- 31.384-31.984: minijack motif was broken here
- 36.709: the voice is closer to 36.671, and shouldn't be colored yellow since it's far off
- 36.859: not audible at 100% speed
* In the subsequent section, the voices are mistimed; they don't sound like 16ths even at 100% speed, so I don't think they were meant to be rhythmic. This note also applies to future segments featuring the same voice.
--- 37.084-37.834: they are closer to 37.177, 37.309, 37.496, 37.590, 37.659, and 37.746.
--- 44.884-46.084: they are closer to 44.884, 45.090, 45.259, 45.390, 45.465, 45.596, 45.784, and 45.984.
--- 48.859-49.309: they are closer to 48.934, 49.084, and 49.271. Also, why yellow?

- 49.909, 52.309, etc.: ghosts
- 59.809, 1:00.409, etc.: missing, see 58.909
- 1:01.534: jump
- 1:03.859: ghost
* 1:08.884-1:28.084: this is gonna be an iconic part, but has a few issues:
--- Minijack usage is inconsistent. 1:08.884, 1:11.284, 1:13.684, 1:16.084, etc. are the same, but the patterns are all different. 1:16.009 should be a minijack like 1:11.134, etc.
--- 1:09.109, 1:13.909: ghost
--- 1:13.834: jump
--- 1:23.059: minijack should start a 16th later

- 1:37.684-1:47.284: technically the way the 16ths are omitted are a bit inconsistent, but the sound also fluctuates so I won't comment on it.
- 1:47.284-2:06.484: are voices meant to be layered? 1:51.634, 1:55.834, and 2:03.934 are the only instances of them being layered. They probably should be, considering the difficulty of the previous section.
- 2:01.459: ghost
- 2:01.609: missing
- 2:05.659: ghost?
* 2:06.184-2:06.484: what happened here? I don't hear anything at the yellow notes, and they shouldn't be colored yellow since they're far off the 16ths.

* 2:06.484-2:16.084: the patterns look rather random... what is the main motif here?
- 2:14.134: move to column 1 or 4 for consistency and to make the left hand less awkward
- 2:22.384: why jump?
- 2:25.384: jump, and maybe 2:25.534 should be too
- 2:25.609: missing (16th)

The chart plays mostly fine, and I like the 1:08.884-1:28.084 part. However, there are quite a few technical issues, some of which are on a large scale (including the aforementioned part).

The chart does have potential though, so I initially gave it a 6.5, hopefully getting it revised for a future batch. But I'm revisiting this on January 2026... a whole year has passed since my initial judgement, without the second judgement to finalize the rating. Saying to resubmit to the next batch seems harsh when the submission has waited too much already and batches are becoming rarer. For that reason, I'd like to update it to a 7.0, with FR on general fixes to the chart.
