PERMS OK
SYNC OK
9.142-0.869: Layering would be singles here.
13.324 & 16.233 & 18.778: These 8ths are almost inaudible and feel out of place.
14.415: Weird PR with the previous 8th. Same for 15.869.
23.081: The 12ths jack should be consistent here. It starts with (24)33 and then (13)11; it should either anchor with the 4th on both or on neither.
27.505: Maybe (34) for better PR. Would have to adapt 39.051 accordingly.
28.788: This PR (with the following 21) is pretty odd. It's one of quite a few similar PR concerns and I believe most of it comes from the constraint you seem to have where the swing must never start on the same note as the previous swing ended on. Here for example, 1(23) 31 would fit well and feel much more "swingy" than the current 21 21 on the left hand.
33.990: Can omit this.
41.445: Should be the same column as the 8th.
50.415: Bad PR with the last two 8ths. Same for 1:02.051. 1:07.869 does it better.
54.415: Change column to not share the 1 anchor for the kick.
59.202: Why no anchor on the 12ths here like 23.081?
59.566: Missing note.
1:02.415 & 1:02.536: Missed kicks here.
1:36.778-1:37.869: Odd sequence on the left hand here.
Similar concerns apply to the second half.
This chart is alright. I have subjective concerns about the swing's approach. The PR could use a good amount of work but it's not a deal breaker, and the layering has some noticeable inconsistencies. It's probably fine since nothing is too abrasive, but heavy CR on this.

Note that in this bounty batch, it may take a bit before a second judge looks at the file. Please be patient. Thanks!

At The Ground's Edge (gold stinger) [7/10, CQ/FR*]
>Perms, metadata, sync good
9.142-9.869 - Should be singles. No hard percussion like the other jumps
18.778 - Ghost note
24.596-24.778 - Could do 2323[124] to lessen this [3] bias
26.778 - Why hand?
32.354 - If this represents a nerfed 64th noise, then this should be a 32nd that's located on 32.369
35.142/35.505 - Why jump? No kick
36.899 - Should remove this. Very subtle, only audible if slowed down
38.172 - Should be 32nd located at 38.187
38.415 - See comment on 26.778
41.324 - Should minijack w/ 41.445
48.415-49.324 - I noticed that when the beat repeats on a certain pitch, you do an anchor (only as a result of a swing-trill pattern). So what's going on here?
51.445 - Ghost note
53.869-54.415 - Why anchor on [1]?
55.324-59.324/1:06.960-1:09.869/1:28.415-1:33.142/2:06.596-2:11.687 - Where the hands on those cymbal crashes at?
56.960-59.324 - Why is the anchor on [4] the entire time when there's a moment that the repeated pitch goes higher?
1:08.415-1:08.960 - Expected some anchoring here
1:37.596/1:37.627 - Ghost note
1:44.960-1:45.142 - Fix jump PR. 2 diff noise occupying same jump pattern
1:49.324 - Could move away from [1] to avoid awkward transition from the preceding roll
1:52.960-1:53.263 - Fix singles PR
*1:57.142-1:57.869 - Missing 24ths inbetween
2:11.263 - If this is jump, then why not on 2:09.808/2:10.536?
2:24.081 - Should be jump. Compare intro
2:24.748 - This jump is technically 2 singles (2:24.748/2:24.808)
2:25.172 - Should be single. Compare intro
>>Mostly straightforward & consistent. Please carefully choose where you anchor. File could be cleaned up a bit. See asterisk

Still planning on fixing these files just haven't came across time to sit down and open the editor for them, so fixes are just going to take a little bit longer. I do thank you all for the notes though and do plan on at least getting fixes in to meet the FR.

Challenging the FR note at 1:57.142-1:57.869, there was a missing 24th note at 1:57.202 (which has now been filled in) but there are no 24ths in-between the rest of the intended 24th swing of the jumptrill here and is at the best, a muted note that is barely audible at 20-30% speed of the song and holds little to no merit on the intended listening of the song.
>35.142/35.505 - Why jump? No kick
Because they are going to the main synth instrument and not the drums as the main synth instrument takes a lead priority but only for this section.
>48.415-49.324 - I noticed that when the beat repeats on a certain pitch, you do an anchor (only as a result of a swing-trill pattern). So what's going on here?
Very intentional PR repetition layering, but there isn't enough columns to keep the PR in some sections while highlighting that repetition outside of other sections so they become anchored briefly for PR within their own sections. This full section is very literal in PR down to each individual note.
>2:11.263 - If this is jump, then why not on 2:09.808/2:10.536?
Extra bass involvement on this particular note as it enters breakdown into next section.
>2:25.172 - Should be single. Compare intro
Outro is not the same as the intro, there is undoubtedly a chord being hit by the instrument here in-comparison to singles in the intro.
Filled in most other notes provided by judges. Thank you again for taking the time to write in-depth notes, and apologies again for the considerable wait.
