In this file, I've adopted a unique approach, focusing on a technique of repeating the snap and skillfully dumping the rest to create an exhilarating experience. The file features a fusion of standard streamy sections and intricate tech patterns, blending seamlessly to keep you on your toes throughout the entire journey. This technique adds a layer of crude elementary, song complimenting elements. Intertwined with this, the file's streamy and techy elements create a dynamic contrast, providing a diverse and engaging gameplay experience. Brace yourself for the intense moments where the snap repetition reaches its peak, perfectly complementing the emotional lyrics, it's deep pragmatic meaning and the melodical emphaty of the song.

3:00 break is to compensate for the immense stamina requirements. It is also there, to allow the player to feel the music, as it is the greatest single part of it.

Absolute Zero

This is a really ambitious attempt at a first file on FFR. There are clearly a lot of ideas here, but unfortunately the file is plagued by misrhythms and a bit of an uneven difficulty curve. I would recommend starting off with an easier file that doesn't use dumping/abstraction as much; high difficulty & dumping are both tough to get right, and this file has them both.

** Difficulty: The patterns within each section are generally pretty fair and reasonable, which is nice. There are some spikes--the column 3 anchor at 168.613 is rough, and 32nd OHTs like 209.488, 210.988 etc. are a little harder than I think is justified--but overall it's not too bad treated section-by-section. However, the file's difficulty is very much dominated by the sections with 32nd streams.

** Misrhythms: I'll provide a couple examples here so you know what to look for, but be warned that there are a lot more in the file than I'll mention here. This is just to give you an idea of what to look for. The waveform isn't terribly useful in a song like this, but you can still slow the song down if you're having trouble picking something out!
- 21.238-22.551: What do these 16ths go to?
- 23.113: Vocal starts on the beat at 23.301, not here.
- 23.863: To follow vocals, 24ths should start here and end 24.238, then start again at 24.426.
- 25.801: Why omit this note for the vocal streams?
- 28.738: There's a whole vocal syllable here, 24ths could go on until the beat at least.
- 33.754: Where's the 32nd polyrhythm coming from?
- 40.738: Missing dump to vocal syllable.
etc.

Jump layering is simple and effective, but just a heads up, you fairly consistently miss the jumps to kicks where there's also a clap or some other percussive element present, e.g. 36.801 / 38.113 / 39.426 / etc.

Please let me know if you have any questions, about the review or about charting in general. I would strongly advise you to try charting other things before revisiting this file, though--this would be a lot of work to fix up, and this wouldn't be an easy chart to pull off even for an experienced stepartist! - Offset's okay.

21.332-23.019 - What do these 16ths go to exactly?
23.113 - This doesn't start with a vocal, should be at 23.301.
33.754 - What's with the 32nd polyrhythm?
40.644 - Missed opportunity to dump this vocal.
47.754 - Not sure the purpose of this 192nd, doesn't seem to be recolored or anything.

A lot of this file seems to have misrhythms or missed opportunities on dumping the vocals wherever necessary, and this song is very hard to make a file that makes the most of it - I won't blame you for that. However, this file has major issues with its difficulty curve: it's very uneven and the bulk of the spikes stemmed from 32nd stream usage in the middle section. There doesn't seem to be any clear indication of your 32nd usage either, so I just assumed this was an attempt to fill the hole so the file doesn't feel samey from start to finish.

The spikes does seem to be quite in a lot of places, such as the embedded 32th one hand trills on 3:29.488 which is very rough. Overall I don't think this file is quite there yet in terms of acceptance, but again this song is just very hard to be one for your stepping progress, but it's a good attempt and would like to see you submitting more, as you have a good bearing on sections you're trying to accent.
