8.592: Could improve PR with 34222 instead which also makes the following minijack opposite hand.
12.050: Could afford a 32nd here.
21.352: This minijack doesn't really work.
21.936 & 22.716 & 23.495: Would suggest making these 16ths jumps and underlayering each following 4th to a single.
26.319 & 26.709: These specific 24ths dont feel representative of the song. The glitches are less "consistent" than streamy 24ths. Something more accurately sync'd would maybe be better, and it would contrast well with 28.073 which are appropriate 24ths.
28.949: PR, not the same note as the previous (34).
29.631: I know you really like unique/silly motifs in your charts, and this one is just hilariously good.
30.508: Not sure about this being a minijack. It sounds much less like one than the ones before and after it.
36.547: Move to col 3, minijacks with the 4th not the 8th.
40.443: Could omit this for a more impactful transition. Same for 46.677.
45.508: This triplet jack is too different musically from 41.612 to be the same. The 16th at 45.703 shouldnt be part of the jack.
50.865: Hmm, the 32nds from here dont quite reflect the jacky 16ths the song has, feels slightly arbitrary in contrast to the first half of the stream.
56.904-57.488: Totally fine as is, but missed opportunity to so something unique with the scratches. Same at 1:03.138.
1:06.742: Missing note.
1:08.105: PR would be better as 3(124) on this one, it's not exactly the same as the previous one.
1:08.386: Could add a 32nd here.
1:25.540 & 1:26.709: Fine as is, but using precise flams on these jazzy notes could add variety.
1:33.235: Slightly rude for how sudden and subtle it is.
1:45.995 [FR]: This is the only main concern. The motif here is the triplet jacks, but those dont match the song correctly. From the hand at 1:45.800, you follow the melody like this: ABAAA ABAAA, but the melody goes AB AA AB AAA (or arguably ABAAA AB AAA). So from that same hand, it'd look like (123)432(234) 24(13)222(134). This applies to all iterations of it.
1:49.404: Missing note.
1:54.956: 32nds stop here.
1:56.855 & 1:57.245: Missing notes.
2:02.066: Would expect this to be a minijack with the 8th, not the previous 16th with the 4th.
2:16.092: This should share a note with the previous (23) for PR. Maybe (23)132(34).
2:21.742: Can omit this, very subtle.
Lots of notes but a lot of it is very minor, this chart is super fun and funky. FR for the problematic jacks motif and for a general cleanup, but overall a great chart, should be pretty nice as an OT pick.

Op - not sure what is meant with the FR note. I don't hear the pitch changes your recommendation would suggest on any rate. I think keeping the current structure is important to the playfeel and overall identity of this section - would prefer to leave it as is.
