Take Those Pills (Ultimate Mike7) [6/10]

PERMS OK
SYNC MOSTLY OK (Vocals can be off to up to a whole 64th/40ms)

6.442 & 6.673: Those should be 24ths swing, not 16ths.

20.173 & 20.634: Layering/approach isn't the most representative since the kicks are dropped here yet the layering remains identical.

21.250: Why the 12th suddenly and not the 24th on 21.480?

22.788: Probably fine, but technically missing note for the vocals which are much more prominent than the subtle hihats.

32.480: Should be a 16th, not a 12th. Same for 36.173.

36.673: No 16th here?

38.096: Should be a 16th. Same for 29.942, 43.634.

40.173: No 12th here?

41.019: Ghost note. Probably meant for 41.096. Same issue for 48.403.

42.019: No 12th here?

1:18.480: Missing note.

More similar concerns throughout the rest.

Bit of a meme song, but the chart has a fun simple approach. The consistency is a bit all over the place though and it's never quite possible to tell why some 24ths/12ths are there or are missing, same for a few 16ths. Given that this concern affects the entire chart, and because it's highly repetitive, this element should be as correct as possible. With the proper fixes, this could make for a funny token chart, but probably not the most suitable for an OT. Feel free to resubmit to a future seasonal batch after fixes.

Note that in this bounty batch, it may take a bit before a second judge looks at the file. Please be patient. Thanks!

Take Those Pills (Ultimate Mike7) [6/10]

- Perms, metadata, sync are good

0:03.557 - Arguably can be not a jump

0:05.403, 0:05.634, 0:06.096, 0:07.942 - ^

0:06.442, 0:06.673 - These are 24ths, not 16ths

0:10.942-0:11.865 - I don't understand why the [2][23][3] here. Why not just standard non-minijacky patterns?

0:22.480-0:23.173 - Would rather isolate this layering for the instruments and give attention to the vocals like in 0:15.096-0:15.711, they are a lot more prominent

0:23.865- Consistency? Compare 0:16.480-0:22.019, you do minijack at the end of each measure, as opposed to this which is random

0:28.019 - Suggesting to move jump to [34] for better PR

0:29.788 - Would remove this to isolate attention to the 16th vocals

0:32.519, 0:36.173 - 16ths, not 24ths

0:36.673 - Why no 16th?

0:37.250-0:37.942 - See 0:22.480-0:23.173

0:39.942 - See 0:32.519, 0:36.173

0:41.019 - 24th, not 12th

0:43.634 - See 0:32.519, 0:36.173

^ These notes persist in the drop/main part as well, fix in the appropriate places.

1:06.096 - Why chain here? Break it

1:13.771-1:15.327 - See 0:22.480-0:23.173 but instead isolate for the instruments

^ Same concerns in the second drop pointed out in these notes, fix accordingly

In the words of ositz: The idea is straightforward, but not consistent. The file needs some more polish & layering reimagination in a few places before it is good to go.

Also rearding your note, just fyi you set allow for Public release despite wanting to keep it exclusively for Events/Token.

the real ositz would've omitted "The idea is"
