Healing-D-Universe (DossarLX ODI) [6.5/10]

PERMS OK
SYNC NOT OK (Off by a full 32nd/50ms. Notes will be with an offset of -9.652)

13.252 & 13.352 & 13.854 & 15.454 & 16.452 & 16.552 & etc: Lots of missing hihats.

18.452: Fine as is, but could use flams.

23.152: Strange PR on these repeated color notes.

1:30.151 & 1:31.851 & 1:33.351 & 1:33.451 & etc: Why are all these bass notes omitted? Layering is unclear.

1:36.051-1:39.251: This approach is problematic for 2 reasons. It suddenly starts ignoring the bass and melody for this arbitrary motif, and then it lacks contrast with 1:39.251-1:40.851 with just that patterning change.

1:48.251: This feels so random given it's not that friendly to play, let alone at that speed.

Overall this chart feels a bit too unclear and lacks coherence. The layering is notably odd in a couple of sections too. Unfortunately this would need some of non-trivial changes before it can make it ingame. The song definitely has great potential though, but the intro is pretty long and uninteresting even if the chart isn't too lengthy.

>Perms & metadata good
>Sync is off. Current offset is -9.602. Correct offset is -9.652; notes will be based on this offset

22.612 - Missing note
26.152-26.252/etc - Could maybe make this noise into a minijack; doing so would differentiate the synth patterns and the non-synth patterns in 38.852-47.251
31.252-31.652 - Not actually straight 24ths. Also there’s actually 5 singles within this spot
33.052/33.352/34.952 - Isn’t this noise reserved for Lane 2?
33.452-33.652/46.252-46.452- Offsync. Please fix
34.152-34.252 - Isn’t this noise reserved as 43?
44.052-44.452 - Not actually straight 24ths
50.252-50.852 - Why is this descending noise stepped as ascending?
1:02.452 - Should be single. No percussion
1:05.252 - Technically higher pitch than 1:05.052
1:06.052-1:08.852/1:12.252-1:12.852 - Where’s the PR?
1:09.452 - No jump? Compare 1:04.052
1.12.852-1:13.552 - At least the PR here can be justified through its two diff pitches of 4313 & 4212
1:15.052/1:16.252 - Should be [23]. Sounds the same as 1:14.752/1:15.952
1:17.251 - Technically higher pitch than 1:16.851
1:19.251 - Should be a diff jump pattern than 1:19.051. Diff noise
1:22.251-1:23.251 - Four different noises but they have similar jump patterns?
1:29.651-1:35.351 - What’s going on in Lane 1 & 4?
1:35.251-1:35.651 - Not actually straight 24ths
1:36.051-1:42.451 - RIP Pitch Relevancy
