- 6.985: The vocals land on the 4ths, the way you have it now it's kinda confusing for the player because the 8ths repeat the way the 4ths should. With the structure you have now four 4th notes need to be on the same column every sequence. So move 7.842 to column [3], 9.557 to column [1], 11.271 to column [4] etc.
- 69.988: Ouch, haha.
- 131.696: This is the only section that felt strange to me while playing, if you're following the vocals it should be more of a continuous pattern rather than the broken up pattern that it is now and if you're following the percussive elements 132.767, 132.874, 133.196, 133.303 are missing/mistimed.

I'm usually conservative when it comes to really high ratings, but this is a masterpiece. This is dumping done right, this is exactly the type of dump style I think FFR needs. Amazingly done.

0.128-23.699: Layering of the 24ths** seems inconsistent, the notes at 21.913, 22.485, 23.628 (if 24ths) would be missing. Also ** because they really seem to be 32nds flams despite starting on 12ths in the intro and on 16ths in the rest of the song (so basically always three 96ths gap). You can hear it best at 10% speed at like 36.345 or 2:59.613 for example, it's technically 64ths triplets but omitting the middle 64th leaves just a 32nd flam. Might sound nitpicky, but it felt noticeable on first playthrough at 100% speed that the 24ths were too slow for the sound in various places. Another example later on, 2:39.764, instead of being 31 2 31 with 12ths, it should be something like 31 2 314 all in 32nds.

43.318: Should be on 43.300.

48.416: Why are the drums here omitted but 48.845 is there?

1:02.273: Should probably be 32nds from 1:02.381 until the 8th and then 24th until the 4th. And that makes even more sense when considering the point about the flams being 32nds.

1:06.131-1:06.559: Bad quantization. It's 5/96ths with just one 64th at 1:06.425.

1:25.044: Assuming the white notes here go to the cowbell thingy, this one should be around the 16th at 1:25.088.

1:26.115: Same for this one, 1:26.115 would be better.

1:49.249: Why not just an 8th + 12th here?

2:04.731 & 2:04.999: Missing notes.

2:14.803 & 2:16.517: Would suggest adding in the 16ths drums here given that's what is layered with the following 8ths.

Overall a really fun chart, quite interesting rhythms throughout. CR'ing this due to the quantizations issue which cover a decent portion of the chart; it's not a quick fix but the chart is nice and would benefit from this. It's a difficult song to chart and you pulled it off decently well so good job.
