7.744: There's the same flam here as 8.290.
17.858 & 18.267: Why omit these? They're pretty clear. If it's for difficulty purposes, simply underlayer the first hand after each 32nd to a jump.
20.835 & 21.381: Same 48ths flams. Not sure why the latter is put on the 32nd at 21.403.
38.290: Also flam.
42.960: Missing note (arguable).
1:06.108: Also flam. Will stop noting them from here, but do check for consistency; 8.290 was charted so these probably should unless there's a good reason not to (too busy patterns/layering, etc). It's especially jarring when these flams are omitted but notes like 1:15.642 aren't for example. It also seems like that was noted in the previous submission. It's ok to omit some, but it has to be coherent and consistent why it's the case.
1:30.764 & 1:31.192: Why aren't these jumps?
1:32.121: Pitch is different, col 4 for better PR.
1:57.196: Still confused why this guitar is omitted.
4:07.172: Probably want a jump here.
4:40.505: Kick here.
Satisfactory resubmission. Still begs to have a bit more flair with tasteful flams in selected places where they're clear, but that's no big deal. Also the ending will always be a significant spike like this, although it's still pretty fair. Layering generally feels much more coherent than it was, and the decision to remove the color theory was a net positive. Good job.

Checking in on the status of this submission, as it's past the 1 month probationary period with a "Change Recommended" flag, but there's been no acknowledgment of judge notes or fixes submitted.
Files/Songs with the "Change Recommended" tag require at a minimum a response from the Stepauthor in order to continue through the submission system.
I will check back on this at a later date. If it does not receive a response or fix by then, it could risk rejection.
