Barber of Sevilla (woker-X) [7/10]
>Perms, metadata, sync good
3.400-5.400 - So the jumps are based on the percussion, but the jump PR on this section makes no sense here. If the hi-hat affects the jump PR, then please make this section reflect that
6:067/8.733 - Should be [14] to avoid misuse of the [3] anchor. Like for 7.400, why did you not do [34] here?
9.233 - Should not form a minijack w/ 9.400 since the beeping noise is not of the same pitch like in 6.900-7.233
9.567-9.900 - Try avoiding anchors for non-beeps
11.900 - Technically not supposed to have minijack here, but keeping it really leads into the next section quite nicely
12.733-12.900 - Change from [24][14] to [23][13] for better PR
13.567/13.900 - No jump? Compare 13.233
17.067 - Should be jump. Compare 16.733
18.900-19.233 - Should be singles
19.400-20.567 - Fix PR. This section is not like 14.233-15.233 where the last note of one musical phrase actually is the same as the first note of the next musical phrase
23.733-24.067 - Should be singles. Compare 20.733-22.400
28.400 - Do [14] for better PR
29.733 - Should be single
30.733 - Should not be in the [2] anchor. Different pitch
32.400-32.567 - Should be [14]32 since the melody is still descending
38.317-39.317/43.650-44.650 - Offsync. All the yellow 16ths here are actually 24ths
48.511-48.622 - Offsync. The two 24ths here are actually 32nds at 48.525/48.608
50.233 - Should be jump. Compare 50.567
56.900 - Do [13] for better PR
57.400 - Should be away from [1] since there’s no beep noise here
59.400-59.817 - Fix PR to reflect accurate PR on the beeping noise
1:02.067 - Do [24] for better PR
1:04.733-1:06.067 - The descending jumps should be singles. Compare 18.067-19.400
1:08.733 - Do [12] since there’s no beep noise
1:13.400 - Should minijack w/ 13.233. Same beep noise
1:14.233 - Do [23] for better PR
1:15.400-1:17.233 - Fix jump PR
>>Kinda straightforward & consistent

Barber of Sevilla (woker-X) [6.5/10]
PERMS OK
SYNC MAYBE OK (Offset is off by a small 192nd/8ms, can be seen especially at 7.067 and in the whole intro)
3.400-5.400: The PR here is odd. For example, why is there a minijack at 3.900, and why is the only (14) at 4.067 instead of using it at 4.733 on the crash?
8.733-10.067: PR is also weird here, the three 16ths sets should get progressively lower (left), but right now it's kind of arbitrary and even ends on the right instead. Also on this timestamp the jump shouldn't share the column 3, just to distinguish the 3-notes jack motif of the melody.
28.067: Jump, crash.
28.233: Why jump here?
29.400: Jump, crash. If the layering is meant to only hit the snares here, it seems inconsistent with 22.400 & 26.400 & 27.067 & etc for example.
38.317: From here, the 16ths minijack motif doesn't work. The one at 37.983 is fine, but after that, the drum kicks hit on 12ths at 38.289 & 38.511 and then same thing at 38.955 & 39.178. The piano notes also aren't 16th from that timestamp, they're a 24th before each 4th.
40.511: Could be on column 1 too to contrast the previous 12ths.
43.622: Same issue as 38.317 etc.
48.511: Could use the proper quantizations here as they're quite noticeable on 1.0 speed. It's two 32nds (not 12ths), at 48.525 and 48.608.
49.178: Should be on col 3 to keep the motif of minijacks only into the 4ths.
50.067: (24) for PR.
50.233: No (34)?
52.650: Missing note.
56.567: The (14) jump here breaks the (34) motif after 17 of those. That (34) motif is slightly strange because it's followed quite loosely despite having such long straights of it, just to accentuate some other sounds here and there (see 1:14.233 for example, just to have the minijack on col 2, or earlier at 56.900 to give some semblance of PR). It's not a big deal, but it's odd.
Overall this is a pretty standard mid difficulty chart with nothing too egregious. The layering consistency and PR issues are quite apparent and for a short song like this it shows more. As is, it feels a bit too rough to balance its simplicity, so unfortunately this will have to get a decent touch up.
