There's a pretty unique issue with this chart which I don't think we've ever seen before. Basically the entire chart's difficulty is based on the super long jacks and everything outside of those is trivial. Naturally, the longjacks have been isolated which is good, but the main issue is that the vast majority of players will resort to hitting those as a one handed trill on a single key. The very few players who can hit that many longjacks at 190 bpm will either also one hand trill them because that's easier, or they will hit jacks and find the rest incredibly pointless. This leads me to believe that this chart would greatly benefit from actually using long trills instead, which would also allow for a lot more variety in patterning. Another viable alternative would be using 2-notes minijacks that alternate hands. The panning justification, while understandable, doesn't outweigh the playability concerns this motif creates.

Unfortunately, while this song has decent potential, changing the jacks means changing roughly 50% of the chart. It may not be a complex change necessarily, but realistically it should probably affect most of the PR to not make it an infinite copypaste of the same section. Ultimately, the rating given takes into account the major structural/playability concern but also the decent PR and good consistency of the easier parts. The jacks are also not Crazy fast, hence why 4/10 and not higher or lower.
