5.5/10
Permission: good

Sync: good
- 4.731: Bit nitpicky, but this should only jack with the 4th, so the way you have it right now I would put it on [4] and move 4.918 to [12], 4.918 is also lower in pitch than the 4th before it.
- 5.293: If you're highlighting the chords with jumps, this should be a jump. If you're highlighting the kicks with jumps 5.106 should be a jump.
- 5.574: The jump should be on the 16th if you're following the chords.
- 8.106: Again same as 5.293, this is fine as a single if you're following the chords, but 8.293 is a single as well. (also see 8.574, 8.856)
- 10.918: Why jumps?
- 11.199: Missing 16th + 32nd?
- 12.231: Here you are following the chords..
- 13.731: Why jump? See 7.731.
- 21.746: Ghost note.
- 32.902: Missing note.
- 35.902: Missing note.
- 38.434 - 38.621: Missing notes.
- 43.449: Missing jack. (congruent with the rest of your patterns)
- 48.699: Should jack as well.
***63.043 - 67.074: This section is pretty complicated, but all these notes are mistimed, the correct timestamps are: 63.324 -> 63.418, 63.699, 63.980 -> 64.262 -> 64.418 (yes it's a 12th) -> 64.543 -> 64.824, 64.918, 65.199, 65.480 -> 65.762 -> 65.949, 66.043 -> 66.324 -> 66.418, 66.512 -> 66.699, 66.793 -> 66.980 -> 67.074.
- 74.796: Hand worthy imo.
- 74.796 - 88.421: I find this and the next section a bit too heavily layered for the sound, maybe it's because there are so many jumps to the inaudible kick or the hands to the powerchords, but it almost feels dumpy to me.
- 107.510 - 118.291: There are alot of missing notes here, I get you're trying to only step the higher pitched notes, but it's not really conducive to the music.
- 120.166 - 133.291: I have a really hard time following what you're stepping here, my guess is the piano, but the pitch is hardly followed at all.
Some sections in this chart are definitely acceptable, but I feel there are too many technical errors for this to be acceptable as a whole for FFR.

8.480: Why omit this if 5.480 is there?
10.449: What does this go to? It doesn't seem consistent with the layering so far.
10.918: PR, shouldnt be the same as 9.418 for example.
11.386: These 16ths are quite unintuitive so far already. Why this and not 12.136? or 12.886 or 14.386 etc.
12.699: Missing note, kick.
12.418 & 12.605 & 12.980 & 13.355 & 13.730: Why is this layered with vocals, the section doesn't chart these vocals up to 14.855 where they seem to be introduced (vocals change tone a bit there too). See 4.730 which is correct.
20.011: Bit odd approximation, the vocals are much closer to the 12th here so this feels rushed.
21.746: Ghost note, or too subtle.
29.949: Ghost note.
35.714: Ghost note.
38.527: Why nothing around here??
48.371: Ghost note.
59.480: Missing note.
1:32.972: This should probably be a 48th at 1:33.002, same for the next iterations.
1:47.885: Ghost note.
1:48.072: Missing note.
1:50.978: Missing note.
1:51.072: Missing note.
1:47.510-ending: This entire section is quite inaccurate and inconsistent. Many missing 16ths to the melody.
It's a cute chart, midsection brings rhythm variety which is nice. However, there are too many inconsistencies as is to warrant a simple FR. The entire ending section must be rechecked and fixed to make the layering more coherent.
