YUMEND (jh05013) [7.5/10]
PERMS OK
SYNC OK
23.691: These vocals 8th jacks are borderline too inaccurate. It's fine since it still plays totally ok, but it might not be the most inuitive given the variance of the vocals during them. Bit of an odd motif.
1:55.358: There's a good sense of restraint on the abstractions here to not make them overly spiky/awkward relative to the rest, but it does feel a little bit strange to have some very different sounds abstracted the same way. This one for example and 1:56.691 definitely sound like they should be different. Same concern applies to other abstractions such as 1:53.691 vs 1:54.025 vs 1:56.356 vs 1:58.025 vs 2:03.358. This really limits the representation of the various wubs and sounds the song offers and makes it feel slightly bland.
2:06.775: Effectively a ghost note in the layering scheme so far. See 2:05.108 or 2:07.775 for example where it's not added.
This chart is pretty straightforward and plays decently well. While there aren't many objective mistakes to point out, the approach to the second half poses two conflicting problems: it makes the first half looks underwhelming for not having a hint of abstractions or accents to the more unique sounds, and in trying to not be too drastically different from the first half, it is limited to very few abstraction types (32nds flams and 24ths rolls or minitrills). That being said, it's still totally acceptable as is since there's no major issue.

- 0:01.858 Given that 0:01.385 and 0:02.358 are jumps, Shouldn't this also be a jump to emphasize the synth chord? I feel it would make more sense to have the jump here than for the clap. (or you could do both if you wanted)
- 0:23.233 I'm conflicted on this note. On the one hand i can kinda hear the delay in the vocals, but at the same time it can feel like the note is still coming on on the 8th. There is almost always another note on the 8th so its justifiably to place the note there if you wanted to. I'm not sure which is better, 8th or 32nd, but i'm leaning towards 8th.
- 0:44.358 I wonder if some light dumping similar to what was done at 1:48.358 would be a good idea for this section.
- 1:13.525 missing note. Its subtle, but you can hear the vocal repeating on this note.
- 1:34.691 I'm not sure the sound here warrants these jumps. It feels a bit too dense and difficult compared to the intensity of the music here. Constant 8th jumps like this are only really used in the most intense sections. With how well the chart does balancing intensity and difficulty, I really think it would be better to use a less dense pattern for this section.

Thanks for the notes.
- 1-23 jumps changed.
- 23-41 left as is. I don't hear much variance in each jack; although the 3rd notes sound a little different, I would rather like to keep the jack motif throughout the chart. I also think the 32nd delays are noticeable.
- The 24ths at 42 and 1:46 changed to simple rolls since I wasn't sure if the original one wasn't spiky.
- 1:13 I'm not sure, I feel like the synth is causing the voice to sound like that.
- 1:34 jumps changed.
- 1:48-2:09 bursts changed a bit, but I think the original ones weren't that monotonous since the 24ths have subtle fluctuations. Same for the 32nds: 21 and 32 require different hand motions.
- 2:06 fixed.
