There's a lot to unpack here, but I'll try to keep it short.

First of all, the overall feel of the chart is relatively consistent in terms of difficulty and intensity which is neat. There are some cool and brave pattern choices like the long 24ths OHT which, while being spiky, do add some uniqueness and manage to not be too off the curve relative to the rest. The section starting at 4:29.323 is also super fun and unique.

The big elephant in the room however is the abstraction of many many wubs and various sounds, which is really hard to follow. It's nice that they keep the difficulty curve quite balanced but it comes at the cost of making it feel pretty arbitrary for a non-trivial portion of the chart. Just some quick examples of those that really aren't intuitive during gameplay:

54.848
57.500
1:21.823-1:22.611
2:36.036
2:46.561
2:55.843
4:20.705
4:40.097
etc...

As another important note regarding the wubs for the most part, there are hands for some transitions in and/or out of some of the fast bursts which really break the flow and spike the already difficult bursts. Would highly suggest underlayering to jumps in those cases or toning down the immediate burst entries. For example, see:

1:22.030
1:23.356
1:39.268
1:41.920
1:47.224
3:16.064
3:17.390
4:13.080
etc...

This is a pretty brave chart and I respect the effort, however there is a good amount of work to be done to make the abstract charting more relevant and to nerf unnecessarily spiky transitions. The song is very busy and it does warrant a good amount of abstractions to blurry sounds, but as is it's a bit overly done.

Reject, but I feel like this could be handled well enough if the wub sounds are toned way down given the intensity feels muddy altogether on a lengthy chart like this. I would have to agree with Op's assessment of dumping these kind of sounds and it needs to be noted very carefully because most sounds, even insignificant ones, should not be the target of dumping the very similar quantizations, so the rest of the chart just feels very samey even though it might look nice on variety.

I definitely would want a full batch notes for this kind of chart, but I have to keep it short and say that this approach really feels overbearing and this would be really cool if the dump over the wubs is given more attention in its restraint and not overdetailing the specifics.
