Fixes Required

*Multiple missing 16ths throughout the beginning listed but not limited to: 00:00.127, 00:00.577, 00:02.527, 00:02.977, 00:04.927,
00:05.377, etc. Check your waveforms.

Surprisingly, with the amount of 16ths missed in the intro, the JS section after the intro works well.

00:51.502 -> 00:52.252 might need a little bit of jump cleanup/fixing to better regulate how the vocal-to-jump usage is being portrayed as it swaps to hard bass.

00:56.377 missing 16th from vocals.

*01:38.452 -> to the end, suffers the same issues as the intro due to copy-paste.

Y'know what, if you fixed the 16ths missing from the intro & ending (asterisk'd), this would work out really well.

Thanks for the comments! Il get on these fixes asap.

0.127/etc - Recheck intro 16ths
2.302/etc - Shouldn't this be [14] (or whatever the previous jump PR was)?
3.952/4.552/7.252/etc - Should be hand. CymbalCrash. Compare 2.452
14.452-16.251 - What noise are the 8th singles going to?
19.252-36.802 - Many missing 16ths in here
37.439/41.977/42.877 - Missing note
40.702/40.852/50.302/50.452/etc - If vocal is jump for this section, then why are these non-vocals jumps?
1:02.452-1:02.752 - Why jump?
1:06.952 - Should be jump. No CymbalCrash
1:08.152-1:14.452 - What's the layering scheme for the percussion here?

After 1:40.402, it's just more of the same issues

To some extent, this is unavoidable because of the heavy layering scheme. But hoo boy these 8th anchors are pretty extreme, and don't accent anything making the chart rather confusing to play.

You can definitely use anchors better here, and in certain spots you do - the 3 anchor at 27.877 or the 2/3 "anchor" trill thing at 32.602 are a pretty effective mini climax thing.

Issue affects the main speedcore sections 19.252 - 37.252, 1:19.252 - 1:37.252, 1:52.852 - 1:55.252.

Rest of the chart seems fairly well done, I don't really have much issue with this outside of anchors. But the anchor issue essentially requires structure-level fixes so it's a reject from me.

** As a non-charting note, the metadata is slightly incorrect (caps & missing apostrophe). Per Discogs and pretty much all online sources I can find, it should be "I'm A Fucking Car".

- This is honestly quite close to being acceptable, but like Tru, I find the anchoring (mostly throughout the heavy speedcore sections he points out) to be arbitrary and slapdash. These issues are occasionally present outside of those sections, though; for a nice isolated example of what I mean, at 8.152-8.752 you mirrored the second of the motif patterns you use in the intro section but not the first, and it creates a 5-note anchor which is completely musically unjustified. Give the chart another pass through to make sure there is intent and control in how anchors are used.

Also for a technical note which really stood out to me on playtest:
- 41.977, 42.877, etc.: You're layering to the car noises, shouldn't this 16th get a beep?
