Cleaned it up a bit more, should flow with the song better.

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 730 => 740
AVG NPS changed: 6.62833 => 6.71913
Hand Bias changed: -6 => -2

17.705/17.744/20.909/39.925/47.585/49.500/1:15.218/1:16.388 - Missing note
19.580-19.899 - Technically 16ths
21.814-22.133/41.767-41.927 - Bunch of missing notes
22.133-22.452 - Consider using a different pattern for the non-accordion noise
24.287 - Sounds closer to 24.247
25.244 - Use something that isn't [24]. A different type of noise is using that pattern right now on 25.005
26.202/etc - Sounds closer to 26.162. There's more jumps that are off-sync like this one. Recheck your yellow 16th jumps
36.734 - See comment on 25.244
38.090-38.409 - Recheck sync
45.989 - Sounds closer to 46.029
53.409-1:05.856/1:28.516-1:39.367 - No idea what's going on here

File needs polishing and you need to catch more of them accordion noises

I think (?) a lot of the missing notes here are somewhat deliberate to make this an easier chart. It's a common, viable approach in some circumstances. It just wasn't effective here. The chart keeps the accordion 12ths and nerfs a lot of 16ths to 8ths. You've ended up with a chart that either confuses the player a bit or feels incomplete. I'd recommend just charting it fully.

There's also a bunch of quantization errors that ositz listed and I agree should be touched up. I could see an argument that these also are deliberate for an easier overall chart with simpler quantizations (reducing some elements to 8ths), but I don't think it's necessary to nerf it in that way.
