Judging this seems to be more "is this worth sitting through for ~6 minutes" than anything else. You've done an enviable job here considering the song doesn't have all that much to help maintain player interest. Props for syncing this monster too!
The obvious comparison is to The Impresario. While this chart is shorter, to me it is also less dynamic and still struggles to maintain interest at times (mostly song's fault). It's moderately interesting overall but a bit of a slog to get through.
This is just barely on the side of OK as a lower difficulty marathon to me so I'll give an accept rating.
Minor stuff:
17.824 - chord change, no note?
2:42.812 - 2:48.562 is kind of long to have nothing. Would advocate for a note on 2:46.812ish for a transition to the next section that follows the kick
4:30.558, 4:42.558 - debatable ghost

17.824 - This is VERY subtle. I had a very hard time hearing it while searching for the missing note. Since all the other notes are held and its a subtle bass note change i think i'll leave the note out.
2:42.812 - 2:48.562 sadly FFR doesn't have holds. i will add a note at 2:46.812 since i hear a kick i missed earlier.
4:30.558, 4:42.558 the notes are subtle but i definitely hear them.
