dreamless wanderer (DarkZtar) - 6.5/10

* I think the 48th bursts at 53.188/etc are a bit much even for the difficulty of this chart, you enter a pretty difficult string of 40th bursts after often with some hand bias on the same hand as the OH minitrill.

I don't have any other playability concerns about the chart mechanically -- a lot of the chart is structured really aggressively with many lower and softer bass wobbles being layered as 32nds, and the bass wobble parts before they peak are often layered as 32nds too. There's also a good bit of nuance used with how you use 40ths specifically, and the minijack use within the bursts is tasteful though, again, aggressive. That said, I'm generally not a fan of the approach because I feel that the chart ends up playing really homogeneously and every rhythm feels as if they play into another without giving them the appropriate kinaesthetic "space". This is most pertinent for me for the midsections of the chart -- the intro and outro sections feel much more spaced out in comparison.

But I always feel as if I'm too harsh rating these kinds of charts because, admittedly, the chart goes against a lot of my principles on how I think drumstep should be approached. I should really apologise for all of the harsh ratings I've given you for similar files over the past few years given that. The chart is undoubtedly sound and mostly fair -- it's just layered in a way that I personally really don't like since I personally like really clean distinctions in bass wobbles and the difficulty of the chart doesn't facilitate that. I can't pass this file because there aren't other judges for this difficulty range, so I'll give a higher rating than I normally would for this because I'm quite sure that I'm just personally really biased against these kinds of charts. I hope top players enjoy this more than I would.

**- Offset's good, but the audio will be more likely to be tampered with, see notes below.

39.826 - Missing note. (same as 2:08.102)
48.540 - I think you can place 192nd singles since there's something audible to play in contrast with the latter 4ths.
53.245 - Move this 24th around to not force a mini anchor please. (same as 58.763, 1:04.280)

Despite the super-aggressive approach, this chart comes out surprisingly nice, given the patterns used are very liberal (although a bit too busy given the song isn't that much aggressive).

I think you know why I FR this (as discussed in DMs) though. The audio will need a rework on the cut by readding the break section after the first half. I've mentioned this in DMs with timestamps following the music that I gave to get a clearer look, because right now, the cut isn't smoothly transitioned. You would also have to chart the break section after you readded that section, so keep that in mind.

This chart will be good to go once the audio is fixed and enhanced. [7.5*/10, Fixes Required]

break section mentioned added back in, nerfed the bursts that both mipha and april mentioned.

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Offset changed: -0.085 => -0.051
MP3 Length changed: 2:51 => 3:16
----------
Note Count changed: 3470 => 3683
Chart Length changed: 2:53 => 3:18
AVG NPS changed: 20.58533 => 19.04672
Hand Bias changed: 20 => 27

April and I find this deemed to met the FR conditions. The cut additions also makes it smoother in the song's pace too.

Setting this to Accepted.
