Pass, for some reason my audio equipment can't seem to pick up a lot of the things that I think both charters are trying to follow here. I think this has to do with Frums' mastering and my laptop's poor audio system, and I don't want to give an unfair rating based on hardware, so it's best for me to pass this.

>This file lands well above my difficulty comfort zone in terms of judging, but we need this judgement done and I'm the next best choice for second judge. I can’t play this at a remotely reasonable rate (above 0.7x) so my notes will primarily be focused on technical aspects of the chart.
30.694 - might not want this to be a hand
46.278 - very arguable missing, sounds too continuous to me to leave out
1:05.528 - I’m torn on whether this minijack should exist given you only follow this instrument on it’s more glitchy or loud moments like 1:07.694. I’d suggest it be removed entirely or just leave the 8th
1:19.361 - (subjective) Wonder if the straight 32nds should have started here instead of .861
1:25.528 - random hand?

I’ve looked through this a few times, and the chart does appear logically/soundly laid out. This is technically sound for the most part. Each section presents a subtly different challenge that I think D8 will enjoy at least to some degree. I’ll let it in.
I of course can’t give much feedback from a playability angle. I’ll urge you to consult with Mipha and/or Matthias or April for that.

40.194 - Arguably should be a hand here.
1:20.028 - ow, this is torture - the layering ramps up and it doesn't joke around with the embedded minijacks in the streams
1:50.868 - The trill makes sense (which is also very funny), but I can't help but point out that this approach looks........ underwhelming? The static noise gets represented first and foremost and you can probably continue the streams like before, but use something like 36th streams. Just an idea though.
Without exaggeration, this chart is great. The aggressive approach to the jump/handgluts felt very fitting and it does a great job at respecting the intensity while still being fair. Can't wait for the pain.
PSA: I tried this at 1.0x, it's still very much within my reach so in terms of playability it really does delight the D8, and people will enjoy this for sure. [8.5/10]
