Braindead (Pizza69) - 7.5/10
220bpm section is generally well done -- I'm not too big on the 32nds but omitting them would cause be more of a negative than good, so I don't have any major issues with the 220bpm section. That said, I personally found the 190bpm section to be extremely uncomfortable mostly because of the minijacks, specifically I really felt as if the chart would feel a lot less spiky and the section much more comfortable with the minijacks alternated but are on the same hand. A lot of the snares feel quite muted in the 191bpm section because of how all of them outside of the minijacks aren't [12] or [34] but that's a minor concern.

I'm not going to FR you for this because I feel that it might just be a personal gripe (or skill issue on my end), but I heavily suggest changing the minijacks at the very least. The 32nds in the section are appropriate and used properly. The 3/32nd jacks in the 191bpm section are also tastefully done.

- Offset's good.

Most of the sections felt very solid as a whole, and it does a good job at presenting -everything- at you all at once without being too overbearing. I do think there are some couple jumpgluts that felt a bit too rigid to my taste (e.g. 22.016 and similar things), but that isn't necessarily suggested to be changed.

That being said, the representation of trying to do too hard on everything makes this file quite the double-edged sword - it's quite hard to improvise on what you have since it also tries to do too much at once - it's not big of an issue for me, though I think the other judge may see it differently.

Nevertheless, it's still a decent successor to Offset Packed, and this would be a cool release once it's out. [8/10]

I know they definitely elevate the second half's difficulty, but I'm actually very partial to the minijack patterns in the second half as they are, and so those are going to stay. As for the gluts like 22.016, hmm... they are a bit rigid, but I do want to separate that sound from the other gluts and they are fairly isolated. I think those are also staying as-is, but more because I'm not sure what else would really work to make them less rigid while still properly distinguishing them from the other gluts kinaesthetically, and I don't feel they're spiky or horrendous to play as-is.

Thanks for the notes!
