6.619: Minijack here but none at 3.210. Check for consistency in the whole chart.
12.346: This motif is too spiky for how subtle the notes are. There are a couple of different ways to approach it while keeping it fair, but having all 24ths With the minijack too on the same hand is overkill.
16.710 & 19.983: So jarring. Justifiable but not the most fun to play.
17.664 & 20.937: Also very jarring. A single-to-jump jack on same hand is the most complex motion. Consider (134)(34)(12) (12) for example.
51.2105: There is a big difference in awkwardness between this transition into the 48ths than the one at 7.619 for example. This jack makes it significantly harder.
Mixed feelings about this. It definitely is layered quite heavily and that's fine, but the spikes have unnecessarily difficult and awkward patterning. Slight consistency checks to do but nothing major there.

Deam is appealing this reject rating.
This chart has interesting ideas. But I definitely echo Op's mixed feelings. To me it's a (probably deliberately) frustrating chart to play. But it is also a fun short chart - probably one of the only ways you can get away with some of the more rude patterns in this.
Op has noted the worst spikes and I would recommend smoothing them out a bit. Brush over for general consistency would be a good idea as well. I don't think that quite reduces this to a reject rating.
Appeal approved - moved to a CR status.
