- Perms, metadata, sync are good
Generally, all the notes are in place and there are no ghost notes within the file, but I'm pretty conflicted with the base PR here.
There's a fundamental process with how the snyth melody is charted, where you do a clear set of note, jump, note, jump. Often times at places such as 0:00.027-0:02.796 & 0:14.796-0:18.027 where they are the most prominent, the notes don't properly follow PR and just bounce around arbitrarily. You'd expect this should follow a defined column order, for example the intro would be [24][3][24][3] or [1][24][1][24]. This doesn't warrant enough a FR flag, but I am interested in seeing this hopefully addressed.

- 0:00.950 i find it a bit odd that you choose to place this on a different note when the song is just oscillating between two notes. While i understand the note will be moved for the melody, i think that when the melody isn't here it would be a better idea to trill the two notes.
- 0:40.642 Something about the patterning of the end percussion irrational irritates me and i have no idea why. I guess i just find it strange to have more random patterning in a song with a lot of PR and intentionally placed notes.
