3.802: Jump, both are playing here.

5.825: Descending PR here, and probably jumps for this and the following 16th, like (34)(23).

9.196: Same as 3.802.

14.083: While it's understandable that the intention is to make fun patterns with the subtle 32nds, the rhythm seems to be constant 7-notes streams from here to 18.802 where the two 321 321 are probably fine for the fade out.

15.937: Jump here, and 16.106 should probably not jumpjack with the 4th for PR.

26.976: Missing note considering 25.628.

27.398: The layering on some jumps isn't super intuitive, this is one example.

29.167: Missing note.

35.066: Ghost note. Could be a very close flam to either the 16th or the 4th given what it's going to.

45.347: This is probably as subtle as 44.841, but it's there. Having both or none would make more sense.

47.959: The long anchor on 4 here isn't really justified.

50.572: Doesn't really continue the trill, moving to 3 could be nice.

55.796: If this is layered, 55.544 should too.

1:01.021: This has so much more going on than the trill at 49.982. It's justifiable as is, but underwhelming.

1:02.117: This is a single but 51.330 is a jump.

1:04.308-1:04.813: There's this weird lack of emphasis on such 16ths; on one hand the chart has a lot of single 16ths that are barely audible, and here for example there are very loud 16ths, yet still singles.

1:29.841: Ghost note.

1:31.526: Missing note.

1:32.369: Why this but not 1:32.875?

1:55.459: Missing note.

2:06.245: Missing note.

This is a tough one to decide. The chart is overall physically enjoyable to play, but it is quite confusing to try and match it to the music because of the inconsistencies in layering and the multiple missing/ghost notes. While the 16ths will probably remain somewhat confusing, a quick pass to clean the necessary fixes and ambiguities would probably make this fun enough to justify the approach, highly recommend doing so.

3.802/5.825/5.993/15.937 - Why no jump?
29.167 - Missing note
49.183 - Shouldn’t be [24]. Different pitch from 49.645
49.898 - Should be single
49.982 - Should be jump
53.858 - Missing jump
55.544/56.134 - Missing note
56.723 - If you want to turn this to a jump, then you could nerf 56.639 into a single
1:00.600-1:00.768 - See comment on 49.183/49.898/49.982 for similar logic
1:02.117 - Should be jump. Compare 1:03.465
1:04.813 - Should be jump
1:07.510/1:07.678 - No hand? CymbalCrash
1:12.734/1:12.819 - Maybe color these pink?
1:26.639/1:27.060 - Should move this to [2]. Different noise from [1] and [3]
1:30.936-1:31.358 - Fix PR
2:02.453/2:02.790/2:09.026/2:09.195/2:09.532/2:09.869/2:10.375 - No hand? CymbalCrash

>>Kinda straightforward & consistent. Layering is questionable in some parts.

Wondering what the situation is on this file, as it has been over a month to submit and receive fixes, and no acknowledgement of judge notes have been submitted, despite the "Change Recommended" flag on the file, which at a bare minimum, requires ticking the box to "acknowledge judge notes" on the bottom of this page where notes are.

This kinda sucks to do but, moved to rejected for no response from Stepauthor on 'Change Recommended' tag. Songs that are marked with 'Change Recommended' require at least some response from Stepauthor either acknowledging judge notes, or a submitted fix, of which neither was given.

If you want to reverse this, message me within a reasonable amount of time (like a week or two is fine). Otherwise, please resubmit to an open batch.
