Sunset Hamlin (Psychotik) [6.5/10]
> Permission check good.
** The entire chart is out of sync with the music. The offset has been left at 0 which is incorrect. A proper offset would be -0.066, which i shall be using for these notes.

- 0:00.066 This intro feels a bit inconsistent in the charting. for example 0:00.260 gets a note, but 0:01.137 and 0:01.332 are empty. even the repeat at 0:01.819 is missing. a 2nd sound also plays at 0:00.893 but is missing. not every sound needs to be charted, but i would like more consistency between what is and isn't.
- 0:03.182 the transition into completely ignoring the percussion here is a bit jarring.
- 0:06.981 shouldn't this note be on 2 for PR? some other similar jacks seem to also have incorrect PR.
- 0:07.176 there are a bunch of these notes through out the chart that just feel randomly placed. Despite completely ignoring the percussion through most of the section. notes like 0:07.176 get charted while 0:08.247 gets ignored. Its fine to follow the percussion or completely ignore it, but you should be consistent with it.
- 0:09.173 a lot of 32nds in the melody seem to get ignored. Considering all the 32nds in the rest of the chart, i dont see why these shouldn't be charted. also worth noting is notes like 0:04.303, which happen on the 32nd and not the 4th, which is a random percussion sound.
- 1:04.741 The percussion is mainly ignored throughout the entire chart, so its weird suddenly have it take such importance in this short section.
- 1:27.143 missing percussion 32nds
- 1:30.260 considering how soft these notes are, having minijacks here feels like overkill. Also considering how the song builds up in intensity in the next section, its a bit strange that the harder pattern is in this section, and gets dropped in the next, despite the notes still being there.
- The outro of this chart is quite long and calm. starting from 1:24.221 the chart becomes quite trivial, yet it goes on for another minute. thats 40% of the chart thats outro filler. The chart here could really use a cut. either the end of the chart should be spiced up more, or the song could use a cut.
I really find the percussion charting in this file to be lacking. for such an important element of the song, its strange how much its ignored. Then when it is used it feels out of place compared to all the other times its ignored.
