Reject, there's a lot going on in this song and you definitely put in the effort to convey that, but I feel as if there's a lot missing in the chart regardless.

Some points:
* The anchor/runningman use in this is really imbalanced. A lot of the chart seems to have a lot of anchors that don't go to anything significant. Some of the anchors are meant to represent percussion somewhat but most of it seems completely random. And it gets particularly obnoxious when there are long spurts of OH trilling present for no reason.

* A lot of percussion and vocals are omitted here. I do get that you're trying to make something of lower difficulty, but there are parts where you layer percussion and parts where you omit them arbitrarily. The lack of percussion doubles for snare rolls like 44.797 is probably the most jarring part of the (lack of) layering.

* I'm not sure what most of the streams are going to. If they're ghost, then it should be more consistently used -- there are random sections of triplets that go to the same instrumentation as parts that are just full jumpstreams.

* Minijacks at 2:39.399/etc. are fine, but there are some missed minijacks (2:53.108, etc.) and I feel that you could've had way more minijacks if you were to use minijacks for places like 2:39.399 where it's just a synth. The difficulty curve here seems uneven overall.

This is a tweak of a chart I did a while back where layering bass kicks and vocals simultaneously resulted in some really nasty walls of jumps and hands all in a row.

The fast streams are going mostly to the synth in the background, which is fairly quiet. The 32nd notes are only really distinct at 50% playback rate. There's synth bits during the choruses that sound similar throughout, but are different just about each time they pop up. They are very quiet and hard to make out over the loud drums and guitars, so I've tried to de-emphasize them this time around.

I usually don't like charting snare rolls as jumps, or emphasizing a single note played loudly in general. My charting philosophy for drums is usually the following:
-Kick + the drums each hand is playing, practically a max of a 3-note hand)
-Rolls should usually be a split trill
-If solely charting drums in a section, ghost notes should be charted
-Double-strokes should generally be charted as jacks
-Layering should be nerfed for blast beats, potentially just charting as a jumptrill.
-If possible the kick should be charted to a single note for each full measure.

A bit of confusion comes in with the bits of the song (usually the verses) where bass kicks and vocal rhythms come at completely different points. I've tried to focus more on vocals at parts and more on the bass kicks at other parts, but it's hard to have a distinct rhythm rather than ending up with a wall of jumps when there's always something that typically should be charted as a jump happening at every 8th note of a section.

The loud guitar chugs are nerfed as well- occasionally a middle-note will be ignored so there's not ugly jump-bursts while other more complex things are going on in the song as well. I try not to have it so that a lot of simple things on different instruments don't each add up to something drastically more difficult and complex as a result of basically charting every instrument at once.

REJECT.

The sync looks weird on this one. Some parts seem fine, others clearly dont. For example the piano section at 2:21.191 shows a clear 32nd off (53ms), which is pretty significant. Would need to check that, not sure this BPM is good.

39.013: This is a bit inconsistent with the rest of the vocals layering; it is only very slightly louder than the other vocals that land on 8ths, which are singles.

40.941-41.798: This bit is incoherent; the vocals section actually end at 41.798, yet the right hand trilly patterns already started at 40.941. Also 41.155 & 41.583 should both be jumps, not just the former.

45.011: Why not a jump if 41.155 is one?

46.403: Not sure what this goes to, especially since there's a clear rising triplet at 46.724.

1:21.748: Ghost notes, not drums.

1:23.033: Missing note.

1:24.640: The synth doesnt remain on the same note for this entire one hand trill. The trill actually only starts at 1:25.496.

1:32.887: Why a jump?

1:39.420: Why not a minijack with 1:39.527? Sounds the same as 1:32.565.

2:25.261: What is this 8th going to? Inconsistent with the local layering.

2:41.326: Here the fast drums 16ths are far more prominent than what the minijacks go to, which plays oddly.

2:46.467: First time seeing this in the chart, inconsistent with the rest.

Honestly this chart has pretty good ideas and is overall quite clear with its approach throughout a moderately long song. That being said however, there is still a distinct lack of execution and polishing regarding the patterning, the layering, and a couple of transitions. The PA of the 4ths and 8ths seemed to be pretty good for the most part which was nice. Great attempt, this shows potential.

You'll definitely need to work a bit on the sync here. It's pretty close but there are lots of places where it's noticeably off.

Watch out for anchors here. They're a big part of what makes this file feel a bit wonky -- there's a lot that are longer than any relevant parts of the music, making it feel confusing to the player (eg. the anchor on 4 that starts after 40.941 should probably stop by 41.798 with the end of the musical phrase/drum fill etc.)

Very subjectively, the file might benefit from either further reducing what you're trying to follow, or use colour tricks to highlight parts that break from a more standard structure/execution. Both would help to improve the chart's clarity for the player.

It can get there. But it needs significant polish.

It's a reject from me.

The sync is wildly off at times. I'm not sure the BPM of piano section at 2:21.191 is correct, but it gets as far off as 50ms so it needs to be resolved accordingly.

The structure in this feels uneven at times and gets tougher to follow - especially the anchor use don't go to anything that is worth using actually. What confuses me more is that you used streams pretty sporadically at certain points, and the structure adds another layer of confusion on what you're trying to achieve on this file. It needs to be more consistent and attentive to what you're following for, and focus more on that front.

I do think this needs more work on the clarity, as this song is pretty interesting to make an engaging chart out of, but the anchor use and the streams are what definitely makes this file holding itself back.
