Reject, I was unsure of whether I should give this an FR or Reject. The chart is pretty straightforward, though I think some ideas can be polished a bit further. I'm also really not fond of the unnecessarily long one-hand trilling in this chart, though I don't mind the density of this chart much. There's definitely a lot of room for smoother handstream patterning I feel.

I leaned towards reject because this chart seems to be a direct resubmission with no changes (https://www.flashflashrevolution.com/batch_submission/batch/?id=1172), and I think that ositz's notes are worth looking through to make sure that missing notes or potential chords are being accounted for, since there are a lot of them.

That said, I get what you're doing with the ghost 32nds and the additional minijacks regardless (so you can ignore ositz's notes for that), but I have some reservations with the 32nd bursts specifically.

- The lack of same consecutive jumps for "check-check" like 34.162/34.334 is pretty jarring, and I think there is some wiggle room to use consecutive [12]s for those vocal samples if need be.

* You use the same bursts throughout the choruses despite the phrases being quite different (contrast 1:05.877 with 1:07.248, the latter has a 16th), so I'd suggest either extending the bursts that correspond to flourishes like 1:07.248 or using a different quantisation altogether. This happens throughout the chart.

* Missed opportunity to use more minijacks or 32nds for the percussion at 1:55.077.

But beyond that I think the chart definitely has some neat ideas and I do like the use of minijacks, but finer execution can definitely be worked on.

REJECT.

This chart lacks musical relevance and consistency in the patterning and PR of the JS. There are some very long unjustified anchors such as 28.934 (11 notes) and then 35.448 + 37.334 + 38.705 which is nearly equivalent to a 23-3=20 notes anchor. Later on there's 1:16.934 (14-ish notes). In the second break, there's 1:31.934 with a 10 notes anchor of 4ths. Near the end at 2:04.667 there's a 13 notes anchor. Basically, anchors are fine when they're either clearly intentional and have some structure/relevance to them, but these feel arbitrary.

Overall, the execution of the JS just feels like it needs more work to make it interesting.

The 32nds also don't seem to have any right hand minitrills, which I'm not too sure why since the left hand eventually gets those near the end.

It's a reject from me.

The structure in this chart feels off-putting for a continuous handstream like this - I've made sure to compare with this file and the previous submissions and it felt like very little has been done to make this a serviceable, yet simple handstream file.

Some of the very long anchors felt a bit unjustified (the 16ths at 28.934, for example), and the rest of the file has more of about the same issue. The jumps through the entire file could also be differentiated with something meaningful throughout the song so it's evenly spread and doesn't have all the similar motif per sections. It's definitely an interesting idea for a handstream approach to this file, but to me it feels heavy-handed at times, and execution to this chart could also be refined a lot more.
