Sync: Might wanna check some notes in the second half such as 53.520 or 1:04.913 for example. But they're at most a 192nd off I believe so it's most likely fine as is.

22.485: Hmmmmm alright. I get the layering decision, but what you omit here (and in this whole upcoming section) is so loud relative to what you now layer, it really caught me offguard. While this is a bit subjective, I think the song would've warranted a slightly heavier layering to account for both instruments without being confusing. You also reintegrate the former layering a bit arbitrarily at 39.037 for example. I'd suggest taking a look so you can confirm if you really prefer this current charting decision.

24.899: Could warrant a jump. Same for 35.934.

48.003-48.347: PR feels odd here.

1:05.589: A (123) is probably warranted here.

This chart is pretty straightforward and flows nicely. There is a slight lack of variety but the song somewhat justifies it and the length is pretty short so it doesn't really drag. Pretty fun/cute chart overall.

Thanks for notes! Mostly just did a few pattern tweaks. The 22.140 section should be a little bit clearer by removing the triplets going to the strings in favour of the flute-y thing (oboe?). Also balanced it so that's cool.
