Playtest Impression, 1.0x Rate - Seems broadly okay, but some polish might be needed here.

8.656 - missing
10.149, .556 - missing
14.832 - (somewhat subjective) missing
18.837 - VERY subjective, but I don’t hear this note
19.040 - missing
26.167. 32.683 - missing 32nd flourish for consistency (optional, can see it being a bit crowded here)
54.131 - missing
54.402 - missing 32nd flourish
1:02.275 - missing
1:02.954 - don’t hear this
1:10.081 - don’t hear this
1:11.167 - missing

1:11.778 - 1:29.153 - this section needs some cleanup. In a basic sense, it doesn’t seem like you’ve decided whether you’re following the background instrument and it results in feeling pretty messy. I’d suggest focusing on the piano/horn here, -maayyyybeee- layer in drums, and either ignore the background or add them only in combination with the horn.
-1:12.796 - ghost; probably wanted it at .660 instead
-1:17.140 - ghost
-1:17.751 - [23] for PR, might move .615 to 1 or 4
-1:18.837 - [23] for PR

1:31.020 - suggest removing or add 1:39.708 for consistency
1:37.751 - ? missing
2:21.144 - probably want note here
2:27.253 - probably want note here

Lots of little tweaks are gonna be needed here, and a few sections where it’s unclear what you’re trying to follow. I can broadly see and I like what the chart is going for, but needs a fair bit of cleanup in execution in some sections and structural fixes in other sections.

- 1.258, 1.801: I would just omit these notes, they're not very prominent and you're not including 1.461 and 2.004.
- 8.656, 60.783: Missing note to the vocals.
- 10.556: Missing note.
- 25.896: This shouldn't be a jack.

- 102.728: This 4th should not be on [3].
- 108.701, 109.244, 109.651, 109.787: These notes are all a different pitch, they shouldn't be on the same column.
- 116.371: Missing note.
- 147.253: Missing note.
- 163.283: Move to 163.249.
- 163.475: Move to 163.452.

- 167.491: Move to 167.468.
- 168.102: Move to 168.090.
- 169.001: Missing note.

Chart feels really off to play, mostly due to missing notes/missing jumps and the sync at the end feels off as well. I think this chart requires a substantial amount of work to be acceptable.
