Trancing ‘Tempo’ary (Velocity) [7.5/10, CQ/FR*]
>Perms, metadata, sync good
>Simfile folder name is mistakenly named Trancing Tempoary

6.559/9.881/12.559/17.381 - Why no jump?
15.666-15.773 - I suggest putting these two singles as 22. They have a diff noise from the previous 24ths and from the incoming 16ths
25.523-25.952 - If you want, you can add some stuff here
*34.738-34.952/51.881-52.095 - Technically 32nds. How are you getting 48ths?
55.059 - Ghost note
1:06.238-1:06.345 - This part should be descending
*1:07.577-1:07.898 - There’s four 32nds that are singles. How are you getting 24th singles?
1:13.738 - Why no jump?
1:15.345-1:15.398 - Should switch to 32 for better PR
1:16.470 - Ghost note
1:22.095-1:22.148 - Should switch to 32 for better PR
1:22.952-1:23.113 - This part should be descending
1:26.166 - Why no jump?
1:26.756 - Sounds closer to 1:26.702
1:28.845 - Why jump?
1:28.952/1:30.238 - Why no jump?
1:31.416/1:45.131 - Should be jump. It doesn’t have that background chiptune filter like the other hands
1:43.095/1:53.488/1:57.666/1:57.988/1:58.095 - Why no jump?

>>Mostly straightforward and consistent. See asterisk

Trancing 'Tempo'rary
--------------------
- Permission, sync, metadata good.

- 6.667: Same beep as at 6.543. This should create an 8th minijack with that jump, not the next one.
- 34.738, 48.453, etc.: These are 32nds, and personally I don't feel the extra emphasis of using 48ths fits. You could use a snappier pattern like a trill or a roll on 3 columns, perhaps.
---> At 51.881, this change would also allow you to accent the 2-note minijack on the 4th better. Right now it runs into the previous 16th and creates a 3-note jack, which is a misrepresentation of the song and takes away from your otherwise interesting jack section.
- 39.988: Missing 16th (percussion).
- 53.381: The song has pretty consistent intensity here, while in the chart, this roll is easy until it meets the OHT-into-hand ending which is much harder. Suggest rebalancing difficulty.
- 55.060: Ghost note; this is actually a 12th/16th polyrhythm, and I think you meant to follow the percussion at 54.988.
- 73.845: Trill is very distinct from previous sounds, suggest moving column 3 notes elsewhere. Perhaps an OHT?

* 75.399-76.524: Watch right hand bias here! In addition to being denser in notecount, it also features a 16th minijack and an OHT. (81.667 is better because the hand bias is both frontloaded and not exclusive to the right hand--I'm cool with that stream run.)

- 86.756: Should be on the 16th at 86.703.
- 90.095: Should be on the 16th at 90.131.
- 90.238: Misrhythm, this is 16ths until 90.453.
- 107.595: Fine as is, but slightly underwhelming imo. Given your aggressiveness in some earlier parts of the chart, something like this would be more than reasonable: https://i.imgur.com/BmqD1Xf.png
- 110.167: Pretty noticeable percussion here, could make a cool polyrhythm.
- 111.774: 32nds, not a jump.
- 114.024: 32nds?

As a subjective (but general) note, I do wish the chart paid a bit more respect to the repetition in the song--there are places where a repetition motif could make the chart feel a lot sharper, and places where distinguishing certain sounds from others would do the same. For a couple examples:
- 18.238-24.238: There's a whole lot of interesting repetition here which the chart does not try to capture in the patterning.
- 24.453: Would also kind of like to see this moved to a different jump to distinguish it from the jumptrills.
- 29.810, 33.238, etc.: There's also a lot of repetition in these sequences of three 32nd flams, which could be captured by e.g. making the flams the same in each sequence of three.
- 78.024: Has the same beep as you have a column 4 anchor for, perhaps could be a [14] minijack?

Overall though the file does play pretty nicely. There are several player-noticeable mistakes, although each is a small fix, though a couple (see ositz's review & FR) are important enough that they should be amended before acceptance. [7.5/10]
