REJECT.
This chart has some nice 24ths sections of abstract charting, especially in the first half, but there are two main things that stood out to me:
1. Most of the 32nds have some of the most abrasive patterns in the chart, yet given that they're a significant speed bump they should at least flow as well as the 24ths or better. This feels unjustified and it is not a trivial fix either. The best example would be at 1:45.174, where the "can" vocals start intensely And during a drum kick triplet. One would expect the 32nds to start a bit more harshly and mellow out, but here it's the opposite; it gets difficult at 1:45.783 without justification. This applies to a couple of the abstract sections.
2. Abstract charting aside, there are quite a few inconsistencies in the 16ths layering throughout. (30.643, 1:06.924, 1:17.779, 1:25.861 vs 1:28.861 just to name a few).

Reject, I think the difficulty curve in this is a bit too uneven overall (gets way harder in the second half of the chorus) and I feel that the vocals (which is the meat of the chart) aren't very nicely represented here, especially outside of the choruses. You can buff the chart by including doubles in the 24ths and using minijacks/gluts for the djent-like percussion in the first half.
You mention this being your first dump, though based on your POP//STARS submission I think you've gotten a slightly better grasp of dumps, though I think that song is much easier to chart compared to this one, so I'll bring up some pointers for (more "technical") dumps instead:
- Short syllables are usually conveyed in these ways: They're either represented as short fast bursts, the short syllables are strung together through a continuous fast stream but jumps or specific patterns are added to the syllables, or layered as jumps in general. Each have their advantages and disadvantages, the first method gives strong emphasis to every single syllable but the feel of the chart is often quite broken up, the second method gives emphasis while accenting the vocals, but patterning the continuous stream will determine how strong the accents are, and the third method helps with keeping a section fairly easy but has the least potential emphasis on each syllable. You have to get a feel for which method is best based on the timbre of the vocals.
In this case, I think the growls could be better represented through the first method, and the clean vocals in the second verse (starting at 43.674) I think the third method would be good.
- Long syllables are often conveyed through longer streams (often times you can layer percussion on top of it), as you've done here and POP//STARS. I guess the main thing worth pointing is that long syllables, like any held sound, can change in intensity over time. Following the intensity of those syllables is imo important, but this varies a lot. You can also cut some streams short if you don't feel that the syllable is strong enough for the stream to last the whole way through, but you have to make sure that the streams are still longer than any short syllable that is represented through a burst if you use the first approach.
No strong reservations with how you layered long syllables here, but I do think that some of the longer syllables can have streams that are about 2-3 notes shorter in the second verse, or at least different patterns instead of just trills.
- Intensity of vocals is often conveyed through type of rhythm and, if the patterns to vocals are long enough, patterning. I think the growls in the first verse can be 32nds in this case. You can argue that a lot of the shorter vocals in the chorus can be 32nds too and the longer streams can be 24ths, and so on. I feel that using continuous 24th streams for the consecutive vocals in the chorus isn't very compelling here, and some of the 32nd bursts towards the end feel a bit much. Using the most appropriate relative rhythm is another hard part of making a dump, especially when not very pronounced peaks like vocals.
There are definitely things I've missed like figuring out when to use ghost notes to represent a layer of instrumentation (think 16th stream for j-core for instance), but it's harder to apply to most music outside of j-core and is much more subjective, but I hope this is helpful somewhat if you care enough about making dumps like this in the future.

31.861 - ~43.861 doesn't feel very well represented to me. Part of that is forcing in the guitar/drums in when the vocal is a bit more continuous. Other part is seeming to ignore the vocals doubling up in the second half of each phrase (subjective stuff, but eg. compare the vocal intesnity of 31.861 to "this bullshit I'm faced with" at 33.361). I'd lean in to this aspect of the song with either increased layering or higher snaps (28ths or 32nds)
The rest of the file has a similar-ish issue where the vocals just aren't very well represented. I like the trill idea for some of the "held" vocals. But more variety in how the vocal is followed -- whether patterns or rhythms -- would really help this file a lot.
Feels like a decent attempt at a vocal-focused dump, but isn't quite there imo.

I'm giving this a reject for now.
From my point of view, this feels a bit overdone, as I agreed with April's points with intensity of the syllables can be a bit more clarified depending on how loud/perceptive the music changes here. I do think the 24th usage here is quite cool, though some 32nds are quite pervasive and the patterns led through it aren't very nicely used (most of it would create abrasive patterns, which are uneven in the difficulty spike.)
This approach is close to what I would expect from this song, generally. But the fixes needed are quite big throughout the file so I can't give this an accept.
