Gave this a complete PR overhaul (Guess i'm not good when it comes to PR but i try my best!)

- 0.139: This note has a higher pitch than 0.568.
- 13.425: This note would be better suited on [1], it's lower in pitch than 12.568 and I feel making the jump @13.853 a [13] and the single at 14.282 a [1] would make this entire section feel more accurate to the music.
- 16.853: I'd put this on [4] so the PR wraps around from 15.996 to 17.282.
- 31.853: PR on this jump should be higher than 32.282.
- 34.853 - 35.282: PR on these is straight descending.
- 39.568: This jump should be lower than 38.710.
- 40.425, 41.282, 42.139: PR on these jumps should be descending.
- 42.996 - 44.282: PR on these jumps is descending. (The PR on the mallets is ascending, but the jumps are following another instrument)

I have a couple of issues with the chart:
- The PR is questionable throughout, it's a melodious song which means that PR problems become especially apparent.
- I would half the BPM so you're not just playing all red notes, it's more pleasing on the eyes.
The layering of the chart as a whole makes sense, but when charting something like this the PR needs to be good and unfortunately the PR in this chart leaves alot to be desired.
